advait aur gita ka anushasan

advait mat ke sambandh mean keval suna hua ya oopari jnan rakhane vale log yahaan ek prashn utha sakate haian. yadi atma ka prithak astitv mayajany hai aur keval eeshvar ka hi astitv saty hai to tathakathit mukti ke liye yah kashtamay prayatn kyoan kiya jay? ham keval yah saty janakar santusht kyoan n rahean ki keval eeshvar ka astitv hai? yadi maya keval drishti ka vishay hoti to vah avashyak ho sakata tha; parantu maya ne apana prabhav n keval hamari aankhoan par, varanh pratyek indriy aur hamare man par bhi dala hai aur atma mean asakti, vikar aur sangharsh utpann kiya hai. keval aankhoan ko malane se kam n chalega. hamare jivan ke anu-anu ko saty ke prati jagriti hona p dega; kyoanki maya hamare antaratam tak pravisht hai. isake atirikt, itana jan lena hi paryapt nahian hai ki hamean jagrit hona chahiye. pratyaksh jagrit hona avashyak hai. hamari yah yatharth aur poorn jagriti hi mukti kahalati hai. ise chahe maya se jagrit hone ke is upay se prapt kiya jay, ya atma ka sachcha aur prithak astitv manakar atmashuddhi tatha atma ki mukti ka kram kaha jay-donoan avasthaoan mean sadhana-paddhati ek hi hai.

vishay-bhogoan aur unamean asakti se maya ka prabhav dridh hota tatha badhata hai. maya ko door karane ke liye unaka tyag karana avashyak hai. yadi mayajany ajnan n ho, to guru se prapt yah jnan ki eeshvar aur atma ek hi hai, mukti ya jagriti ke kram mean sahayak ho sakata hai; parantu keval utana hi paryapt n hoga. usake liye sachcha vaiyaktik prayatn avashyak hai. jaise-jaise ham sachche jnan ki or agrasar hote haian vaise-vaise apane apako vikaroan aur asaktiyoan se mukt karane ke in vaiyaktik prayatnoan ki avashyakata ghatati jati hai, usake praman mean vah kam ho jati hai.

chahe jivatma ko maya ka parinam mana jay-jabaki usaki mukti ka sadhan vyaktigat astitv ki kalpana utpann karane vale bhram ka nivaran karana hoga, chahe use prithak, adirahit, svatantr aur panchabhootoan se avritt mana jay-jabaki use brahmaprapti ke yogy banane ki sadhana dvara apani mukti ka prayatn karana p dega, donoan avasthaoan mean sadhana-kram ek hi hai. yadi atma ka prithak astitv bhram hai, to vishay bhog ke prati asakti aur kam, lobh tatha krodh us bhram ko badhane vale haian aur inaka nivaran hona hi chahiye. sachchi shramanivritti se pap aur asaktiyoan ka ant ap-hi-ap ho jayega. doosari or pavitr jivan, niahsvarth kartavy-palan aur man ke mamatv se chhipe hue saty ka sakshatkar hota hai. jahaan asaktiyoan ka ant nahian hua, vahaan, ham man sakate haian ki, jnan sachcha nahian hai; ghatata nahian. dvaitavad ke anusar bhi, sachche jnan ki prapti aur maya ka nivaran usi upay se ho sakata hai, jo atma ka prithak astitv manakar karmabandhanoan se mukt hone ke lie bataya gaya hai. is prakar jivatma ke mool svabhav ke sambandh mean anek matamatantar hote hue bhi, gita sabhi logoan ke lie ek jivan-granth hai.
