pichhe sphotadi kary ki anyathanupapatti se pratham arthapatti ko dikhalaya hi ja chuka hai. yadi us sambandh mean yah kaha jay ki vahaan par bhi yah kaha gaya tha ki pratibandhak ke abhav mean sahakrit hi agnisvaroop se kary ki utpatti hone se anyatha bhi upapatti hoti hai aur pragabhav pradhvansabhavadi vikalp se abhav ki akaranata bhi nahian kahi ja sakati; kyoanki apratibaddh hi shakti mean bhi karanata ban sakane se usamean bhi ukt prasang saman hi hai. parantu, us par yah kahana haian ki kya is prakar ka yah ek pratikool tarkamatr hai ki yadi pratibandh ka bhav karan n ho to shakti bhi karan n hogi athava shakti karan hai, atah pratibandh ka bhav bhi karan hai, is tarah viparyay mean paryavasan hone se abhav ka karanatv siddh kisa ja raha hai? pahali bat nahian kahi ja sakati, kyoanki keval tark se upalambh nahian kiya ja sakata, usaka viparyay mean bhi paryavasan hona chahiye, anyatha vah tarkabhas ho jata hai aur aise tarkabhas dvara pratipaksh ka nirakaran nahian kiya ja sakata.

doosari bat bhi sangat nahian hai, kyoanki jo shakti ka aangikar nahian karata, vah ukt riti se pratibandh ka bhav mean karanata dikhalate huai viparyay mean paryavasan kaise kar sakata hai? tark do prakar ka hota hai- ek svapaksh-sadhakanukool aur doosara pratipakshadooshak pahale mean viparyay paryavasan ki apeksha hua karati hai, anyatha sadhananukoolatv siddh nahian hota. doosare mean usaki apeksha nahian hoti, vahaan paramatasiddh vyapti se hi parapaksh ki anisht siddhi ki ja sakati hai. yahaan bhi yahi sthiti man kar yadi yah kaha jay ki parasiddh shakti se parapaksh ka anishtasadhan kiya ja raha hai, to yah bhi thik nahian, kyoanki jo aisa manata hai ki pramit mean arthat adhikaran mean pramit pratiyogik hi nishedh hota hai, n ki apramitapratiyogik, vah- ‘yadi pratibandh ka bhav karan n ho, to shakti bhi karan n hogi, is tarah shakti ki karanata ka nishedh nahian kar sakata- kyoanki shakti aur usaki karanata, donoan apramit haian. yadi unhean pramit kahean, to svaroop se unaka nishedh nahian kiya ja sakata.
