mrityu ke samay vat aur kaph ki adhikata se antahkaran mean andhakar bhar jata hai, samast indriyaan kashthavath j d ho jati haian, smriti bhram mean doob jati hai, man mean pagalapan savar ho jata hai aur pran ghutane lagate haian. sharir ke andar vidyaman agni ka tej nasht ho jata hai aur chaturdikh dhoomr-hi-dhoomr phail jata hai jisase sharir ki chetana vilupt ho jati hai. jaise chandrama ke samaksh sajal ghanaghor badal a jane par n to poorn aandhera hi rahata hai aur n hi poorn ujala, apitu kuchh-kuchh dhuandhala-sa prakash rahata hai, vaise hi us samay jiv mean ek aisi stabdhata-si a jati hai jisamean vah mara hua bhi nahian hota aur n hosh mean hi rahata hai; aur usaka jivan mrityu ke kagar par pahuanchakar ruk-sa jata hai. is prakar jab us jiv par chaturdikh man, buddhi aur indriyoan ka dabav p data hai, to phir janm bhar kasht sahakar ekatrit kiya hua labh ka (yogabhyas ka) ant ho jata hai aur jab hastagat vastu bhi ganva di jati hai, us samay yah to kaha hi nahian ja sakata ki vah vastu phir se batori ja sakati hai. bas mrityu ke samay aisi hi duravastha hoti hai. yah to huee deh ki bhitari sthiti. ab yadi bahar ki sthiti bhi aisi hi pratikool ho, arthath krishn paksh ho rat ka samay ho aur dakshinayan ke chhah masoan mean se koee mas ho, arthath jisake pranant ke samay jivan aur mrityu ka chakr prachalit rakhane vale aise lakshan ek sath ikatthe hoan to bhala usake kanoan ko brahmasvaroop ki prapti ki bat kaise sunayi p d sakati hai? jis vyakti ka sharir-tyag is prakar ki buri avastha mean hota hai, vah jyada-se-jyada keval chandralok tak hi ja sakata hai aur phir vah vahaan se kuchh samay pashchath lautakar isi sansar mean janm leta hai. he pandav! maianne jise dehatyag ke liye akal kaha hai, vah yahi hai aur yahi janm-mrityu roopi gram tak pahuanchane vala kashtaprad dhoomramarg hai. isake alava jo doosara archiradi nam ka marg hai, vah poornaroop se basa hua svatantr, sab prakar ki shanti, sukh aur suvidha se bhara hua nivritti (moksh) tak pahuanchane vala hai.[1] |
