isiliye maianne dridh asan lagakar karane ke liye jo uttam yogabhyas batalaya hai, usase in indriyoan ka achchha niyantran hoga. kyoanki yadi vastavik drishti se dekha jay to jab yogasadhana se indriyoan ka nigrah hota hai, usi samay chitt atmasvaroop mean pravesh karane lagata hai. phir jis samay chitt vahaan se palatata hai tatha atmasvaroop ki taraph usaki pith hoti hai aur vah sirph apane atmasvaroop ki or dekhata hai, us samay use dekhate hi vah pahachan jata hai ki yah tattv maian hi hooan. pahachanate hi vah sukh ke samrajy ka bhog karane lagata hai aur phir svatah us paramatm tattv ke sath milakar ekakar ho jata hai. jisake pare aur kuchh hai hi nahian, jise indriyaan kabhi janati tak nahian, usi ke sath vah tanmay hokar nij sthan par atmamukh mean rahata hai.[1]
