atmasanyam yog
jaise-jaise sharir ki bahy kriyaean niyam ke adhin hoti jati haian, vaise-vaise bhitar sukh ki vriddhi hoti chalati hai aur is prakar yog ka abhyas n karane ki dasha mean bhi svatah yogasadhan hota chalata hai. jaise bhagy ka uday hote hi udyog ke nimitt se sara aishvary svatah ghar mean chala ata hai, vaise hi jo vyakti parimit aur sanyamit roop se samast kriyaoan ka sampadan karata hai, vah kutoohal mean hi yogabhyas ke marg mean pravritt ho jata hai aur use atmasiddhi ke anubhav ki prapti hoti hai. isiliye he pandav! jis bhagyavanh manushy se yah sanyam vala karmayog sadh jay, vah moksh ke rajy pad par asin ho jata hai.[1]
jab kriyaoan ke sanyam ka yog ke sath milap hota hai, tab yah sharir pavan prayag hi ban jata hai. is prakar ke sharir mean jisaka man kshetr-sannyas ki riti se sthir rahata hai, he arjun! usi ko tum yogayukt samajho. prasanganusar tum yah bhi jan lo ki aise yogayukt ki upama nivat sthan mean rakhe hue dipak ko jyoti ke sath di jati hai. ab maian tumhare manobhav ko janakar tumhean kuchh aur batean batalata hooan; unhean man lagakar suno. tum apane chitt mean kuchh pane ki abhilasha to rakhate ho, par abhyas ka vina uthate hi nahian. isamean aisi kaun-si kathinaee hai jisase tum bhay khate ho? he parth! tum apane man mean vyarth bhay mat palo. ye dusht indriyaan nahak hi til ka ta d banakar dikhalati haian arthath bhay dikhati haian. dekho, yadi koee atyant gunakari aushadhi ho jo ayu ko sthir kar sake aur sharir se nikalate hue pranoan ko bhi vapas la sake, to bhi jihva us aushadhi ko vairi hi manati hai athava nahian? isi prakar jo karm hamare liye hitakar hote haian, ve sab in indriyoan ko duahkhadayi hi lagate haian aur nahian to yogasadhana ke sadrish sahaj kam vastav mean aur koee hai hi nahian.[2] |
