atmasanyam yog
jo rasanendriy ke adhin ho gaya ho athava jo jiv nidra ke hathoan bik gaya ho, vah kisi samay is sadhana ka adhikari nahian kaha ja sakata athava jo hath ke bandhan mean kshudha aur trisha ko baandh karake, ahar ko marakar apana sharir to d dalata hai athava isi prakar hath ke karan nidra ke raste bhi nahian jata aur is prakar hath ke sath sab kam karata hai, usaka svayan sharir hi usake vashibhoot nahian hota. phir bhala aise vyakti se yog ki sadhana kaise ho sakati hai? isiliye jis prakar vishayoan ka atishay sevan nahian karana chahiye, usi prakar unake sath vair-bhav bhi nahian karana chahiye aur unhean balapoorvak poori tarah se dabakar bhi nahian rakhana chahiye.[1]
ahar ka sevan karana chahiye, par vah uchit aur parimit ho. sare karmoan ka acharan bhi usi riti se hona chahiye. parimit shabd bolane chahiye; achchhi tarah se chalana chahiye aur yathasamay nidra bhi leni chahiye. jagane ki kriya bhi niyamit honi chahiye. aisa karane se sharir ke kaph adi dhatu uchit matra mean rahate haian aur sukh hota hai. is prakar yadi niyamabaddh tarike se indriyoan ko unake vishayoan ka bhojy padarth diya jay to man mean santosh ki vriddhi hoti hai.[2] |
