yadi kisi ko shanka ho, ki yah jnani purush ka dosh hai, to thik nahian; kh‍yoanki shrishankarachary ne kaha hai “alankaroan hmayamash‍makan yadbrahmath‍mavagatau sath‍yaan sarvakartavh‍yatahani:” [1]- arthath yah to brahmajnani purush ka ek alankar hi hai. is prakar gita mean bhi aise vachan haian, jaise “tash‍y kary n vidyate”[2]– jnani ko age karane ke liye kuchh nahian rahata; use samash‍t vaidik karmoan ka koee prayojan nahian[3]; athava “yogarudhash‍y tash‍yaiv sham: karanamuchh‍yate” (gi.6.3)– jo yogaroodh ho gaya, use sham hi karan hai. in vachanoan ke atirikh‍t “sarvaramh‍bhaparith‍yagi” [4]) arthat samash‍t udyog chho danevala aur “aniket:”[5] arthath bina gharadvar ka ith‍yadi visheshan bhi jnani purush ke liye gita mean prayukh‍t hue haian. in sab batoan se kuchh logoan ki yah ray hai–bhagavadgita ko yah manh‍y hai ki jnan ke pashh‍chat karm to ap hi ap chhoot jate haian. paranh‍tu, hamari samajh mean, gita ke vakh‍yoan ke ye arth aur upayukh‍t yuktivad bhi thik nahian. isi se, isake viruddh hamean jo kuchh kahana hai use ab sankshep mean kahate haian.

sukh-du:kh vivek prakaran mean hamane batalaya hai, ki gita is bat ko nahian manati ki ‘jnani hone se manushh‍y ki sab prakar ki ichh‍chhaean ya vasanaean chhoot hi jani chahiye.’ sirph ichh‍chha ya vasana rahane mean koee du:kh ki sachh‍chi j d hai usaki asakti. isase gita ka siddhanh‍t hai, ki sab prakar ki vasanaoan ko nasht karane ke badale jnata ko uchit hai ki keval asakti ko chho d kar karm kare. yah nahian, ki is asakti ke chhootane se usake sath hi karm chhoot javean. aur to kh‍ya, vasana ke chhoot jane par bhi sab karmoan ka chhootana shakh‍y nahian. vasana ho ya n ho, ham dekhate haian ki, shvasochachhvas prabhriti karm nith‍y ek se hua karate haian. aur akhi़r kshan bhar jivit rahana bhi to karm hi hai evan vah poorn jnan hone par bhi apani vasana se athava vasana ke kshay se chhoot nahian sakata. yah bat prath‍yaksh siddh hai, ki vasana ke chhoot jane se koee jnani purush apana pran nahian kho baithata aur, isi se gita mean yah vachan kaha hai “n hi kashchith‍kshanamapi jatu tishh‍thath‍yakarmakrith”[6]- koee kh‍yoan n ho, bina karm kiye rah nahian sakata. gitashash‍tr ke karmayog ka pahala siddhanh‍t yah hai, ki is karmabhoomi mean karm to nisarg se hi praph‍t, pravah-patit aur aparihary haian, ve manushh‍y ki vasana ka parash‍par nith‍y samh‍banh‍dh nahian hai, vasana ke kshay ke sath hi karm ka bhi kshay manana niradhar ho jata hai. phir yah prashh‍n sahaj hi hota hai, ki vasana ka kshay ho jane par bhi jnani purush ko praph‍t karm kis riti se karana chahiye.
