aur sthal-sthal par aisi prarthana ki gayi hai, ki " he dev! hamean sanh‍tati aur samriddhi do” “hamean shatayu karo” “hamean, hamare l dakoan-bachh‍choan ko aur hamare vir purushoan ko tatha hamare janavaroan ko n maro”[1]. ye yajn-yag tinoan vedoan mean vihit haian isaliye is marg ka purana nam ‘trayi dharm’ hai; aur brahmanagranthoan mean in yajnoan ki vidhiyoan ka vish‍trit varnan kiya gaya hai. paranh‍tu bhinh‍n bhinh‍n brahmanagranthoan mean yajn karane ki bhinh‍n bhinh‍n vidhiyaan haian isase age shanka hone lagi ki‍ kaun si vidhi grahy hai; tab in parash‍par-viruddh vakh‍yoan ki ekavakh‍yata karane ke liye jaimini ne arth-nirnayak niyamoan ka sangrah kiya. jaimini ke in niyamoan ko hi mimaansasootr ya poorv-mimaansa kahate haian, aur isi karan se prachin karmakanh‍d ko mimaansak marg nam mila tatha hamane bhi isi nam ka grannh‍th mean kee bar upayog kiya hai kh‍yoanki ajakal yahi prachalit ho gaya hai. paranh‍tu sh‍maran rahe ki yadyapi “mimaansa”shabh‍d hi age chal kar prachalit ho gaya, tathapi yajn-yag ka yah marg bahut prachin kal se chalata aya hai.

yahi karan hai ki gita mean ‘mimaansa’ shabh‍d kahian bhi nahian aya hai kinh‍tu isake badale “trayidharm”[2]ya ‘trayividya’ nam aye haian. yajn-yag adi shrautakarm-pratipadak brahmanagranthoan ke bad aranh‍yak aur upanishad bane. inamean yah pratipadan kiya gaya ki yajn-yag adi karm gaun haian aur brahmajnan hi shreshh‍th hai isaliye inake dharm ko ‘jnanakanh‍d’ kahate haian. paranh‍tu bhinh‍n bhinh‍n upanishadoan mean bhinh‍n bhinh‍n vichar haian isaliye unaki ekavakh‍yata karane ki avashh‍yakata huee, aur is kary ko badarayanachary ne apane vedanh‍tasootr mean kiya. is granh‍th ko brahmasootr, sharirasootr ya uth‍taramimaansa kahate haian. is prakar poorvamimaansa tatha uth‍taramimaansa karm se karmakanh‍d tatha jnanakanh‍d sanbandhi pradhan granh‍th haian. vash‍tut: ye donoan granh‍th mool mean mimaansa hi ke haian arthat vaidik vachanoan ke arth ki charcha karane ke liye hi banaye gaye haian. tathapi aj kal karmakanh‍d pratipadakoan ko keval, ‘mimaansak’ aur jnanakanh‍d pratipadakoan ko ‘vedanh‍ti’ kahate haian. karmakanh‍davaloan ka, arthat mimaansakoan ka, kahana hai ki shrautadharm mean chaturmash‍y, jh‍yotishh‍tom prabhriti yajn-yag adi karm hi pradhan hai; aur jo inh‍hean karega use hi vedoan ke ajnanusar moksh praph‍t hoga. in yajn-yag adi karmoan ko koee bhi chho d nahi sakata. yadi chho d dega to samajhana chahiye ki vah shraut-dharm se vanchchit ho gaya; kh‍yoanki vaidik yajn ki uth‍patti srishti ke sath hi huee hai aur yah ek anadi kal se chalata aya hai, ki manushh‍y yajn karake devataoan ko triph‍t kare, tatha manushh‍y ki parjanh‍y adi sab avashh‍yakataoan ko devagan poora karean.
