tathapi ‘’ n rritai shranhtashy sakhhyay deva: ‘’[1]– jo manushhy thakane tak prayathn nahian karata use eeshhvar sahayata nahian deta rrigaved ke is tathvanusar yah kaha jata hai ki jivathma ko yah samarthhy prapht kara dene ke liye pahale shvayan hi prayathn karana chahiye, arthat athm-prayathn ka aur paryay se athm-shvatantray ka tathv phir bhi sthir bana hi rahata hai[2]. adhik khya kahean, bauddhadharmi log athma ka ya parabrahm ka astithv nahian manate; aur yadyapi unako brahmajnan tatha athmajnan manhy nahi hai, tathapi unake dharmagranthoan mean yahi upadesh kiya gaya ki “attana ( athmana ) chodayatanan”– apane ap ko shvany apane hi prayathn se thik rah par lana chahiye. is upadesh ka samarthan karane ke liye kaha gaya hai ki:- atta (athma) hi attano natho atta hi attano gati. “ham hi khud apane shvami ya malik haian aur apane athma ke siva hamean tarane. vala doosara koee nahian hai; isaliye jis prakar koee vhyapari apane uttam gho de ka sanyaman karata hai, usi prakar hamean apana sanyaman ap hi bhali-bhaanti karana chahiye”[3]; aur gita ki bhaanti athm-shvatantray ke astithv tatha usaki avashhyakata ka bhi varnan kiya gaya hai [4]. adhibhautik phreanch pandit koant ki bhi ganana isi varg mean karani chahiye; khyoanki yadyapi vah kisi bhi adhhyathmavad ko nahian manata, tathapi vah bina kisi upapatti[5] ke hi keval prathyakshasiddh kah kar is bat ko avashhy manata hai, ki prayathn se manushhy apane acharan aur paristhiti ko sudhar sakata hai. yadyapi yah siddh ho chuka ki karmapash se mukht ho kar sarvabhootanhtargat ek athma ka pahachan lene ki jo adhhyatmik poornavashtha hai use prapht karane ke liye brahmathmaikhy-jnan hi ekamatr upay hai aur is jnan ko prapht kar lena hamare adhikar ki bat hai, tathapi shmaran rahe ki yah shvatantr athma bhi apani chhati par lade hue prakriti ke bojh ko ekadam arthat ek hi kshan mean alag nahian kar sakata. jaise koee karigar kitana hi kushal khyoan n ho paranhtu vah hathiyaroan ke bina kuchh kam nahi kar sakata aur yadi hathiyar kharab ho to unhhean kharab saph karane mean usaka bahut sa samay nashhth ho jata hai, vaisa hi jivathma ka bhi hal hai. |
