satrahavaan adhhyay
yaravada mandir arjun poochhata hai - jo shishhtachar chho dakar bhi shraddhapoorvak seva karate haian, unaki gati kaisi hoti hai? bhagavan uttar dete haian - shraddha tin prakar ki hoti hai - sattvik, rajasi aur tamasi. shraddha ke anusar manushhy hota hai. sattvik manushhy eeshvar ko, rajas yaksh-rakshasoan ko aur tamas bhoot-pretoan ko bhajata hai. par kisi ki shraddha kaisi hai, yah ekaek nahian jana ja sakata. usaka ahar kaisa hai, usaka tap kaisa hai, yajn kaisa hai, dan kaisa hai, yah janana chahie aur un sabake bhi tin- tin prakar haian, jo batalata hooan. jis ahar se ayu, nirmalata, bal, aroghy, sukh aur ruchi badhati hai, vah ahar sattvik kahalata hai. jo tikha, khatta, charapara aur garam hota hai, vah rajas hai. usase du:kh aur rog uthpanhn hote haian. jo riandha hua ahar basi ho, badaboo karata ho, jootha ho aur anhy prakar se apavitr ho, use tamas janana. jis yajn ke karane mean phal ki ichhchha nahian hai, jo karttavhy- roop se tanhmayata se hota hai vah sattvik mana jata hai, jisamean phal ki asha hai aur danbh bhi hai, use rajas, yajn janana; jisamean koee vidhi nahian hai, n kuchh upaj hai, n koee mantr hai, n koee thyag hai, vah yajn tamas hai. jisamean santoan ki pooja hai, pavitrata hai, brahmachary hai, ahiansa hai, vah sharirik tap hai. sathy, priy, hitakar vachan aur dharm- granhth ka abhhyas vachik tap hai. man ki prasanhnata, saumhyata, maun, sanyam, shuddh bhavana, yah manasik tap kahalata hai. aisa sharirik, vachik aur manasik tap jo samabhav se phalechhchha ka thyag karake kiya jata hai, vah sattvik tap kahalata hai. jo tap man ki asha se, danbhapoorvak kiya jata hai, use rajas janana aur jo tap pi dit hokar aur duragrah se ya doosare ke nash ke lie kiya jay, jisamean sharirashth athma ko khlesh ho, vah tap tamas hai. kartavhy buddhi se diya gaya, bina phalechhchha ke desh, kal, patr dekhakar diya gaya dan sattvik hai. jisamean badale badale ki asha hai aur jise dete hue sankoch ho, vah dan rajas hai aur desh-kaladi ka vichar kiye bina, tirashkrit bhav se ya man bina diya hua dan tamas hai. vedoan ne brahm ka varnan Omtathsath roop se kiya hai, at: shraddhalu ko chahie ki yajn, dan, tap adi kiya isaka uchhcha- ran karake kare. Om arthat ekakshari brahm. tath arthath vah sath arthath sathy, kalhyan roop. matalab ki eeshvar ek hai, yahi hai, yahi sathy hai, yahi kalhyan karane vala hai. aisi bhavana rakhakar aur eeshhvararpan buddhi se jo yajnadi karate haian, unaki shraddha sattvik hai aur vah shishhtachar ko n janane ke karan se athava janate hue bhi, eeshhvararpan buddhi se usase kuchh bhinhn karate haian, tathapi vah dosharahit hai. par jo kiya eeshhvararpan buddhi ke bina hoti hai, vah bina shraddha ki mani jati hai. vah asath hai. |
