is par bhi jo log tho de-se-tho da samay aur dhyan dekar ramayan tatha gita mean se rasapan karane ki asha hai, unake lie kya kaha jaye?

oopar ke patr mean likha hai ki patr- lekhak ko jaise hi apane tandurust hone ka khyal ata hai, vikar phir se chadh dau date haian. jo bat sharir ke lie hai, vahi man ke lie bhi hai. jisaka sharir bilakul changa hai, use apane achchhepan ka khyal kabhi ata hi nahian, n usaki koee jaroorat hi hai, kyoanki tudarusti to sharir ka svabhav hai. yahi bat man ko bhi lagoo hoti hai. jis din man ki tandurusti ka khyal ave, samajh lean ki vikar pas akar jhaank rahe haian. atah man ko hamesha svasth banaye rakhana hi hai.

isi karan ramanam adi ke jap ki bat ki shodh huee aur ve gaye ge. jisake hriday mean har gh di ram ka nivas ho, us par vikaroan ka hamala ho hi nahian sakata. sach to yah hai ki jo shuddh buddhi se ramanam ka jap karata hai, samay pakar ramanam usake hriday mean ghar kar leta hai. is tarah hriday-pravesh hone ke bad ramanam us manushy ke lie ek abhedy kila ban jata hai. buraee, buraee ka khyal karate rahane se nahian mitati. haan, achchhaee ka vichar karane se buraee jaroor mit jati hai. lekin bahut bar dekha gaya hai ki log sachchi niyat se ulti tarakibean kam mean late haian.

‘yah kaise aee, kahaan se aee?- vagairaha vichar karane se buraee ka dhyan badhata jata hai. buraee ko metane ka yah upay hiansak kaha ja sakata hai. isaka sachcha upay to buraee se asahayog karana hai. jab buraee ham par akraman kare to usase 'bhag jana' kahane ki koee jaroorat nahian. hamean to yah samajh lena chahie ki buraee nam ki koee chij hai hi nahian aur hamesha svachchhata ka, achchhaee ka, vichar karate rahana chahie. ‘bhag ja‘ kahane mean dar ka bhav hai. usaka vichar tak n karane mean nidarata hai. hamean sada yah vishvas badhate rahana chahie ki buraee mujhe chhoo tak nahian sakati. anubhav dvara yah siddh kiya ja sakata hai.
