kamakrodhaviyukhtanaan yatinaan yatachetasamh. jo apane ko pahachanate haian, jinhhoanne kam-krodh ko jita hai aur jinhhoanne man ko vash kiya hai, aise yatiyoan ko sarvatr brahm nirvan hi hai. shparshanhkrithva vahirvahyaanshhchakshushhchaivanhtare bhruvo:. bahy vishay-bhogoan ka bahishhkar karake, drishti ko bhrikuti ke bich mean sthir karake, nasika dvara ane-jane vale pran aur apan vayu ki gati ko ek saman rakhakar, iandriy, man aur buddhi ko vash mean karake tatha ichhchha, bhay aur krodh se rahit hokar jo muni mokshaparayan rahata hai,vah sada mukht hi hai. tiphpani- pranavayu aandar se bahar nikalane vali aur apan bahar se aandar jane vali vayu hai. in shhlokoan mean pran- yamadi yaugik kriyaoan ka samarthan hai. pranayamadi to bahy kiyaean haian aur unaka prabhav sharir ko shvashth rakhane aur paramathma ke rahane yoghy mandir banane tak hi parimit hai. bhogi ka sadharan vhyayamadi se jo kam nikalata hai, vahi yogi ka pranayamadi se nikalata hai. yogi ke vhyayamadi usaki idriyoan ko uttejit karane mean sahayata pahuanchate haian. pranayamadi yogi ke sharir ko nirogi aur kathin banane par bhi, iandriyoan ko shaant rakhane mean sahayata karate haian ajakal pranayamadi ki vidhi bahut hi kam log janate hai aur unamean bhi bahut thode़ usaka sadupayog karate haian. jisane indriy, man aur buddhi par adhik nahian to prathamik vijay prapht ki hai, jise moksh ki uthkat abhilasha hai, jisane ragadveshadi ko jitakar bhay ko chho d diya hai, use pranayamadi upayogi aur sahayak hote haian, aant: shauch-rahit pranayamadi bandhan ka ek sadhan banakar manushhy ko moh-koop mean adhik niche la ja sakate haian, le jate haian, aisa bahutoan ka anubhav hai. isase yogiandr patanjali ne yam-niyam ko pratham shthan dekar usake sadhak ke lie hi mokshamarg mean pranayamadi ko sahayak mana hai.
