jab man hi karan hai, akarm jab asanbhav hai, tab yahi yutki-sangat, avashyak aur uchit hai ki aantar aur brahm karmoan ko sanyam ke sath kiya jaye. man ko chahiye ki jnanenidrayoan ko medhavi sankalp ke roop mean apane vash mean kare aur karmandriyoan ko unake uchit karm mean lagaye, lekin aise karm mean jo yog ke roop mean kiya jaye. par is atmasanyam ka sarattav kya hai, karmayog ka abhipray kya hai? karmayog ka abhipray hai anasashakti karm karana, par man ko indriyoan ke vishayoan se aur karmoan ke phalo se alipt rakhana. sampoorn akarm to bhay hai, man ki ulajhan hai, atmapravanchan hai aur asanbhav hai, balki vah karm jo poorn aur svatantr ho, idriyoan aur aveshoan ke vash hokar n kiya gaya ho- aisa nishkam aur asaktirahit karm hi siddhi ka pratham rahasy hai. is prakar bhagavanh kahate haian ki niyat karm karo, mainean yah kaha hai ki jnan, buddhi, karm ki apeksha shreshth hai, par isaka yah abhipray nahian ki karm se akarm shreshth hai, shreshth to akarm ki apeksha karm hi hai, karan jnan ka arth karm sannyas nahian hai, jnan ka arth hai samata, tatha vasana aur indriyoan ke vishayoan se anasakti. aur isaka arth buddhi ka us atma mean sthir-pratishtha hona jo svatantr hai, prakriti ke nimn karmoan ke bahut oopar hai aur vahian se man, indriyoan aur sharir ke karmoan ko atmajnan ki tatha adhyatmik anubhooti ke vishuddh nirvishay atmanand ki shakti dvara niyat karata hai. |

- ↑ mere vichar mean mithyachari ka arth pakhandi nahian ho sakata. jo apane sharir ko itane klesh pahuanchata aur bhookhoan mar dalata hai, vah pakhandi kaise ho sakata hai? vah bhoola hua hai, bhram mean hai, ‘vimoodhatma’ hai aur usaka achar mithya aur vyarth hai, avashy hi gita ka yahaan yahi abhipray hai.
