27. ekagrata kaise sadhean?

11. vyavahar to ham din bhar karate rahate haian. akhir din bhar ki is khatapat ka hetu kya hai? yajasathian kela hota attahas. shevatacha dis god vhava- ‘yah sara parishram isilie to kiya tha ki aant ki gh di mithi ho.’ sari khatapat, sari dau d-dhoop isilie n ki hamara aantim divas madhur ho jaye? jiandagi bhar kadua vish kyoan pachate haian? isilie ki aantim gh di, vah maran, pavitr ho. din ki aantim gh di sham ko ati hai. aj ke din ka sara kam yadi pavitr bhav se kiya hoga, to rat ki prarthana madhur hogi. vah din ka aantim kshan yadi madhur ho gaya, to din ka sara kam saphal hua samajho. tab man ekagr ho jayega.

ekagrata ke lie aisi jivan-shuddhi avashyak hai. bahy vastuoan ka chiantan chhootana chahie. manushy ki ayu bahut nahian hai. parantu is tho di-si ayu mean bhi parameshvariy sukh ka anubhav lene ka samarthy hai. do manushy bilakul ek hi saanche mean dhale, ek-si chhap lage hue, do aankhe, unake bich ek nak aur us nak mean do nasa-put. is tarah bilakul ek se hokar bhi ek manushy dev-tuly hota hai to doosara pashu-tuly. aisa kyoan hota hai? ek hi parameshvar ke bal-bachche haian, avaghi ekachi ch vin! ‘sab ek hi khanike’. to phir yah phark kyoan p data hai? in do vyaktiyoan ki jati ek hai, aisa vishvas nahian hota. ek nar ka narayan hai, to doosara nar ka vanar!

12. manushy kitana ooancha uth sakata hai, isaka namoona dikhane vale log pahale bhi ho gaye haian aj bhi hamare bich haian. yah anubhav ki bat hai. is nar-deh mean kitani shakti hai, isako dikhane vale sant pahale ho gaye haian aur aj bhi haian. is deh mean rahakar yadi manushy aisi mahan karani kar sakata hai, to phir bhala maian kyoan n kar sakooanga? maian apani kalpana ko maryada mean kyoan baandh looan? jis nar-deh mean rahakar doosare nar-vir ho gaye, vahi nar-deh mujhe bhi mili hai, phir maian aisa kyoan? kahian-n-kahian mujhase bhool ho rahi hai. mera yah chitt sadaiv bahar jata rahata hai. doosare ke gun-dosh dekhane mean vah bahut age badh gaya hai. parantu mujhe doosare ke gun-dosh dekhane ki jaroorat kya hai? kasaya gunadosh pahoan anikaanche. maj kay tyaanchean unean ase- ‘doosaroan ke gun-dosh kyoan dekhooan? mujhamean kya unaki kami hai? ‘khud mujhamean kya dosh kam haian? yadi maian sadaiv doosaroan ki chhoti-chhoti batean dekhane mean tallin raha, to phir mere chitt ki ekagrata sadhegi kaise? us dasha mean meri sthiti do hi prakar ki ho sakati hai. ek to shoony avastha arthat niand, aur doosari anekagrata. tamogun aur rajogun mean hi maian ulajha rahooanga.

bhagavan ne, chitt ki ekagrata ke lie is tarah baitho, is tarah aankhean rakho, is tarah asan jamao adi soochanaean nahian dian, aisi bat nahian. parantu is sabase labh tabhi hoga, jab pahale chitt ki ekagrata ke ham kayal hoan. manushy ke chitt mean pahale yah jam jaye ki chitt ki ekagrata avashyak hai, phir to manushy khud hi usaki sadhana aur marg dhooandh nikalega.
