27. ekagrata kaise sadhean?
10. din-rat aisa bhayanak sansar hamare charoan or, bhitar-bahar dhoo-dhoo karata rahata hai. prarthana athava bhajan karane mean bhi hamara hetu bahari hi rahata hai. parameshvar se tanmay hokar ek kshan ke lie to sansar ko bhula dean. lekin yah bhavana hi nahian rahati. prarthana bhi ek dikhava hota hai. jahaan man ki aisi sthiti hai, vahaan asan jamakar baithana aur aankh mooandana, sab vyarth hai. man ki dau d nirantar bahar ki or rahane se manushy ka sara samarthy nasht ho jata hai. kisi bhi prakar ki vyavastha, niyantran-shakti manushy mean nahian rahati. isaka anubhav aj hamare desh mean pag-pag par ho raha hai. vastav mean bharatavarsh to paramarth-bhoomi hai. yahaan ke log pahale se hi ooanchi hava mean u dane vale samajhe jate haian, par aise desh mean hamari-apaki kya dasha hai? chhoti-chhoti batoan ki itani bariki se charcha karate haian ki jise dekhakar duahkh hota hai. kshudr vishayoan mean hi hamara chitt dooba rahata hai. katha puran aikataan. jhopean nadilean tattvataan॥ -‘katha-puran shravan karane jate haian, to nidra satati hai aur bistar par letate hai to chianta aur bechaini rahati hai. aisi karm ki gahan gati hai. kya kiya jaye?’ katha-puran sunane ke lie jate haian, to vahaan niand a gherati hai aur niand lene jate haian, to vahaan chianta aur vichar-chakr shuroo ho jata hai. ek or shoonyagrata, to doosari or anekagrata. ekagrata ka kahian pata nahian. manushy iandriyoan ka itana gulam hai. ek bar kisi ne poochha- "aankhean ardhonmilit rakhani chahie, aisa kyoan kaha gaya hai?" maianne kaha- "sidha-sada uttar deta hooan. aankhean poori mooand lean, to niand a jati haian khuli rakhean, to charoan or drishti jakar ekagrata nahian hoti. akhean mooandane se niand lag jati hai, yah tamogun hua. khuli rakhane se drishti sab jagah jati hai, yah rajogun hua. isalie bich ki sthiti kahi hai." tatpary yah hai ki man ki baithak badale bina ekagrata nahian ho sakati. man ki sthiti shuddh honi chahie. keval asan jamakar baithane se vah prapt nahian ho sakati. isake lie hamare sab vyavahar shuddh hone chahie. vyavahar shuddh karane ke lie usaka uddeshy badalana chahie. vyavahar vyaktigat labh ke lie, vasana-tripti ke lie athava bahari batoan ke lie nahian karana chahie.
