97. ahar-shuddhi

15. aisi seva ke lie ahar-shuddhi avashyak hai. jaisa ahar, vaisa hi man! ahar parimit hona chahie. ahar kaun-sa ho, isaki apeksha yah bat adhik mahattv ki hai ki vah kitana ho. aisa nahian ki ahar ka chunav mahattv ki bat nahian, parantu ham jo ahar lete haian, vah uchit matra mean hai ya nahian, yah usase bhi adhik mahattv ki bat hai.

16. ham jo kuchh khate haian, usaka parinam avashy hoga. ham khate kyoan haian? isilie ki uttam seva ho. ahar bhi yajnaang hi hai. seva roopi yajn ko phaladayi banane ke lie ahar chahie. is bhavana se ahar ki or dekho. ahar shuddh aur svachchh hona chahie. vyakti apane jivan mean kitani ahar-shuddhi kar sakata hai, isaki koee maryada nahian. hamare samaj ne ahar-shuddhi ke lie paryapt tapasya ki hai. ahar-shuddhi ke lie bharat mean vishal prayatn, prayog hue haian. un prayogoan mean hajaroan varsh bite. unamean kitani tapasya lagi, yah kaha nahian ja sakata.
