90. ahiansa ke vikas ki char manzilean


8. is tarah ek or daivi sanpatti aur doosari or asuri sanpatti- aisi do senaean kh di haian. inamean se asuri sanpatti ko chho dana hai aur daivi sanpatti ko pak dana hai. saty, ahiansa adi daivi gunoan ka vikas anadi kal se hota aya hai. bich mean jo kal gaya, usamean bhi bahut-kuchh vikas hua hai. to bhi abhi vikas ke lie bahut guanjaish hai. vikas ki maryada samapt ho gayi ho, so bat nahian. jab tak hamean samajik sharir prapt hai, tab tak vikas ke lie hamean anant avakash hai. vaiyaktik vikas ho jaye phir bhi samajik, rashtriy, jagatik vikas shesh rahata hi hai. vyakti ko apane vikas ki khad dekar phir samaj, rashtr ke lakhoan vyaktiyoan ke vikas ki shurooat karani hoti hai. manav dvara ahiansa ka vikas anadikal se ho raha hai, to bhi aj vah vikas-kriya jari hi hai.

9. ahiansa ka vikas kis tarah hota aya hai, yah dekhane layak hai. usase yah samajh mean a jayega ki paramarthik jivan ka vikas uttarottar kis tarah ho raha hai aur use abhi kitana avasar hai. pahale ahiansak manav yah vichar karane laga ki hiansak logoan ke hamale se kaise bachav kiya jaye? shuroo mean samaj ki raksha ke lie kshatriy-varg banaya gaya; parantu vahi age chalakar samaj-bhakshan karane laga. tab ahiansak brahman yah vichar karane lage ki in unmatt kshatriyoan se samaj ka bachav kaise kiya jaye?

parashuram ne svayan ahiansak hokar bhi hiansa ka avalanban kiya hai. ve kshatriyoan ka vinash karane lage. kshatriy hiansa chho d dean, isalie ve svayan hiansak bane. yah ahiansa ka hi prayog tha, parantu saphal nahian hua. unhoanne ikkis bar kshatriyoan ka sanhar kiya, phir bhi kshatriy bache hi rahe, kyoanki yah prayog mool mean hi galat tha. jin kshatriyoan ko nasht karane ve chale the, unamean ek aur kshatriy ki vriddhi unhoanne ki; to phir vah kshatriy-varg nasht kaise hota? ve svayan hi hiansak kshatriy ban gaye. vah bij to kayam hi raha. bij ko kayam rakhakar pe doan ko katane vale ko ve pe d punah- punah paida hue hi dikheange.

parashuram the bhale adami, parantu unaka prayog b da vichitr hua. svayan kshatriy banakar ve prithvi ko niahkshatriy banana chahate the. vastutah unhean apane se hi prayog shuroo karana chahie tha. unhean chahie tha ki pahale ve apana hi sir u da dete. maian jo yahaan parashuram ka dosh dikha raha hooan, usaka yah arth nahian ki maian unase jyada buddhiman hooan. maian to bachcha hooan, parantu unake kandhe par kh da hooan. isase mujhe anayas hi adhik door ka dikhayi deta hai.

parashuram ke prayog ka adhar hi galat tha. hiansamay hokar hiansa door karana sanbhav nahian. isase ulte hiansakoan ki sankhya hi badhati hai. parantu us sayam yah bat dhyan mean nahian ayi. us samay ke bhale-bhale adamiyoan ne, param ahiansamay vyaktiyoan ne, jaisa unhean soojha, prayog kiya. parashuram us kal ke mahan ahiansavadi the. hiansa ke uddeshy se unhoanne hiansa nahian ki. ahiansa ki sthapana ke lie unhoanne hiansa ki.
