74. namrata, nirdambhata adi moolabhoot jnan-sadhana

30. yah sab karane ke lie naitik sadhana ki majaboot buniyad chahie. saty-asaty ka vivek karake saty ko hi sada grahan karana chahie. sar-asar ka vichar karake sar hi lena chahie. sip ko pheankakar moti grahan karana chahie. is prakar jivan ka shriganesh karana hai. phir atm-prayatn aur parameshvariy kripa ke bal par oopar chadhate jana hai. is sari sadhana mean yadi ham deh se atma ko alag karane ka abhyas dal lean, to hamean b di madad milagi. aise samay mujhe eesa ka balidan yad ata hai. unake sharir mean kilean thoank-thoankakar, unake pran le rahe the. kahate haian, us samay unake muanh se udgar nikale- 'bhagavan, itani yatanaean kyoan dete haian?' kiantu phauran bhagavan eesa ne apane ko sanbhala aur kaha- 'prabhu, teri hi ichchha poorn ho. in logoan ko kshama kar. ye nahian janate ki ye kya kar rahe haian.' eesa ke is udaharan mean b da rahasy bhara hai. deh se atma ko kitana alag karana chahie, isaka yah pratik hai. kahaan tak manjil tay karani hai, kahaan tak vah tay ki ja sakati hai, yah eesa masih ke jivan se maloom hota hai, deh ek chhilake ki tarah alag ho rahi hai- yahaan tak manjil a pahuanchi hai. jab-jab atma ko deh se alag karane ka vichar mere man mean ata hai, tab-tab eesa masih ka yah jivan meri aankhoan ke samane a jata hai. deh se sarvatha prithak ho jane ka, usase mano sanbandh toot jane ka udaharan eesa masih ka jivan pesh karata hai.

31. deh aur atma ka yah prithakkaran tab tak shaky nahian hai, jab tak saty-asaty ka vivek n ho. yah vivek, yah jnan, hamari rag-rag mean vyapt ho jana chahie. jnan ka arth ham karate haian 'janana'. parantu 'buddhi se janana', yah jnan nahian hai. muanh mean kaur dalana bhojan kar lena nahian hai. muanh mean dala hua chabakar gale mean jana chahie aur vahaan se pet mean jakar, pachakar usaka ras, rakt sare sharir mean pahuanchakar pushti milani chahie. aisa hoga tabhi vah sachcha bhojan hoga. usi tarah kore buddhigat jnan se kam nahian chal sakata. vah janakari, vah jnan sare jivan mean vyapt hona chahie, hriday mean sancharit hona chahie. hamare hath, paanv, aankh adi iandriyoan ke dvara vah jnan prakat hona chahie. aisi sthiti ho jani chahie ki sari jnaneandriyaan aur karmedriyaan vicharapoorvak hi sab karm kar rahi hai. isalie is terahavean adhyay mean bhagavan ne jnan ki bahut badhiya vyakhya ki hai. sthitaprajn ke lakshan ki tarah hi jnan ke lakshan haian- amanitvamadanbhitvamahiansa kshaantirarjavamh. aise bis gun bhagavan ne bataye haian. ve keval yah kahakar nahian ruke ki in gunoan ko ‘jnan’ kahate haian, balki yah bhi spasht bataya ki isake viparit jo kuchh hai, vah ajnan hai. jnan ki jo sadhana batayi, usi ka arth hai jnan. sukarat kahata hai ki 'sadgun ko hi maian jnan manata hooan.' sadhana aur sadhy, donoan ek roop hi haian.
