vishnudootoan dvara bhagavatadharm-niroopan aur ajamil ka paramadham gaman

shrishukadev ji kahate haian- parikshit! bhagavanh ke nitinipun evan dharm ka marm janane vale parshadoan ne yamadootoan ka yah abhibhashan sunakar unase is prakar kaha.

bhagavanh ke parshadoan ne kaha- yamadootoan! yah b de ashchary aur khed ki bat hai ki dharmajnoan ki sabha mean adharm pravesh kar rah hai, kyoanki vahaan niraparadh aur adandaniy vyaktiyoan ko vyarth hi dand diya jata hai. jo praja ke rakshak haian, shasak haian, samadarshi aur paropakari haian- yadi ve hi praja ke prati vishamata ka vyavahar karane lagean to phir praja kisaki sharan legi?

satpurush jaisa acharan karate haian, sadharan log bhi vaisa hi karate haian. ve apane acharan ke dvara jis karm ko dharmanukool pramanit kar dete haian, log usi ka anukaran karane lagate haian. sadharan log pashuoan ke saman dharm aur adharm ka svaroop n janakar kisi satpurush par vishvas kar lete haian, usaki god mean sir rakhakar nirbhay aur nishchint so jate haian. vahi dayalu satpurush, jo praniyoan ka atyant vishvasapatr hai aur jise mitrabhav se apana hitaishi samajhakar unhoanne atmasamarpan ka diya hai, un ajnani jivoan ke sath kaise vishvasaghat kar sakata hai?

yamadootoan! isane koti-koti janmoan ki pap-rashi ka poora-poora prayashchit kar liya hai. kyoanki isane vivash hokar hi sahi, bhagavanh ke param kalyanamay (mokshaprad) nam ka uchcharan to kiya hai. jis samay isane ‘narayan’ in char aksharoan ka uchcharan kiya, usi samay keval utane se hi is papi ke samast papoan ka prayashchit ho gaya. chor, sharabi, mitradrohi, brahmaghati, gurupatnigami, aise logoan ka sansargi; stri, raja, pita aur gay ko marane vala, chahe jaisa aur chahe jitana b da papi ho, sabhi ke liye yahi-itana hi sabase b da prayashchit hai ki bhagavanh ke namoan ka uchcharan[1] kiya jaye; kyoanki bhagavannamoan ke uchcharan se manushy ki buddhi bhagavanh ke gun, lila aur svaroop mean ram jati hai aur svayan bhagavanh ki usake prati atmiy buddhi ho jati hai.

b de-b de brahmavadi rrishiyoan ne papoan ke bahut-se prayashchit- krichchhr, chandrayan adi vrat batalaye haian; parantu un prayashchitoan se papi ki vaisi j d se shuddhi nahian hoti, jaisi bhagavanh ke namoan ka, unase gumphit padoan ka[2] uchcharan karane se hoti hai. kyoanki ve nam pavitrakirti bhagavanh ke gunoan ka jnan karane vale haian. kyoanki bhagavanh ke nam anant haian; sab namoan ka uchcharan sambhav hi nahian hai. tatpary yah hai ki bhagavanh ke ek nam ka uchcharan karane matr se sab papoan ki nivritti ho jati hai. poorn vishvas n hone tatha namochcharan ke pashchath bhi pap karane ke karan hi usaka anubhav nahian hota. yadi prayashchit karane ke bad bhi man phir se kumarg mean- pap ki or dau de, to vah charam sima ka- poora-poora prayashchit nahian hai. isaliye jo log aisa prayashchit karana chahean ki jisase pap karmoan aur vasanaoan ki j d hi ukh d jaye, unhean bhagavanh ke gunoan ka gan karana chahiye; kyoanki usase chitt sarvatha shuddh ho jata hai.

  1. is prasang mean ‘nam-vyaharan’ ka arth namochcharan matr hi hai. bhagavanh shrikrishn kahate haian- 'yadh govindeti chukrosh krishna maan dooravasinamh. rrinametath pravridban me hridayannapasarpati॥ mere door hone ke karan draupadi ne jor-jor se ‘govind, govind’ is prakar karun krandan karake mujhe pukara. vah rrin mere oopar badh gaya hai aur mere hriday se usaka bhar kshan bhar ke liye bhi nahian hatata.
  2. ‘namapadaiah’ kahane ka yah abhipray hai ki bhagavanh ka keval nam ‘ram-ram’, ‘krishn-krishn’, ‘hari-hari’, ‘narayan-narayan’, antahkaran ki shuddhi ke liye- papoan ki nivritti ke liye paryapt hai. ‘namah namami’ ityadi kriya jo dane ki bhi koee avashyakata nahian hai. nam ke sath bahuvachan ka prayog-–bhagavanh ke nam bahut-se haian, kisi ka bhi sankirtan kar le, is abhipray se hai. ek vyakti sab namoan ka uchcharan kare, is abhipray se nahian. kyoanki bhagavanh ke nam anant haian; sab namoan ka uchcharan sambhav hi nahi hai. tatpary yah hai ki bhagavanh ke ek nam ka uchcharan karane matr se sab papoan ki nivritti ho jati hai. poorn vishvas n hone tatha namochcharan ke pashchath bhi pap karane ke karan hi usaka anubhav nahi hota.
