bhagavatkatha aur bhagavadbhakti ka mahatmy

shrivyas ji kahate haian- shaunakadi brahmavadi rrishiyoan ke ye prashn sunakar romaharshan ke putr ugrashrava ko b da hi anand hua. unhoanne rrishiyoan ke is mangalamay prashn ka abhinandan karake kahana arambh kiya.

soot ji ne kaha- jis samay shrishukadev ji ka yajnopavit-sanskar bhi nahian hua tha, sutara laukik-vaidik karmoan ke anushthan ka avasar bhi nahian aya tha, unhean akele hi sannyas lene ke uddeshy se jate dekhakar unake pita vyas ji virah se katar hokar pukarane lage- ‘beta! beta!’ us samay tanmay hone ke karan shrishukadev ji or se vrikshoan ne uttar diya. aise sabake hriday mean virajaman shrishukadev muni ko maian namaskar karata hooan.

yah shrimadbhagavat atyant gopaniy-rahasyatmak puran hai. yah bhagavatsvaroop ka anubhav karane vala aur samast vedoan ka sar hai. sansar mean phanse hue jo log is ghor ajnanandhakar se par jana chahate haian, unake liye adhyatmik tattvoan ko prakashit karane vala yah ek advitiy dipak hai. vastav mean unhian par karuna karake b de-b de muniyoan ke achary shrishukadev ji ne isaka varnan kiya hai. maian unaki sharan grahan karata hooan. manushyoan mean sarvashreshth bhagavan ke avatar nar-narayan rrishiyoan ko, sarasvati devi ko aur shri vyasadev ji ko namaskar karake sab sansar aur antahkaran ke samast vikaroan par vijay prapt karane vale is shrimadbhagavat mahapuran ka path karana chahiye.

rrishiyoan! apane sampoorn vishv ke kalyan ke liye yah bahut sundar prashn kiya hai; kyoanki yah prashn shrikrishn ke sambandh mean hai aur isase bhalibhaanti atmashuddhi ho jati hai. manushyoan ke liye sarvashreshth dharm vahi hai, jisase bhagavan shrikrishn mean bhakti ho- bhakti bhi aisi, jisamean kisi prakar ki kamana n ho aur jo nity-nirantar bani rahe; aisi bhakti se hriday anandasvaroop paramatma ki upalabdhi karake kritakrity ho jata hai. bhagavan shrikrishn mean bhakti hote hi, anany prem se unamean chitt jo date hi nishkam jnan aur vairagy ka avirbhav ho jata hai. dharm ka thik-thik anushthan karane par bhi yadi manushy ke hriday mean bhagavan ki lila-kathaoan ke prati anurag ka uday n ho to vah nira shram-hi-shram hai. dharm ka phal hai moksh. usaki sarthakata arth prapti mean nahian hai. arth keval dharm ke liye hai. bhog vilas usaka phal nahian mana gaya hai. bhog vilas ka phal indriyoan ko tript karana nahian haian, usaka prayojan hai keval jivan nirvah. jivan ka phal bhi tattv jijnasa hai. bahut karm karake svargadi prapt karana usaka phal nahian hai. tattvavetta log jnata aur jney ke bhed se rahit akhand advitiy sachchidanand svaroop jnan ko hi tattv kahate haian. usi ko koee brahma, koee paramatma aur koee bhagavan ke nam se pukarate haian.

shraddhalu munijan bhagavat shravan se prapt jnan-vairagy yukt bhakti se apane hriday mean us param tattvaroop paramatma ka anubhav karate haian. shaunakadi rrishiyoan! yahi karan hai ki apane-apane varn tatha ashram ke anusar manushy jo dharm ka anushthan karate haian, usaki poorn siddhi isi mean hai ki bhagavan prasann hoan. isaliye ekagr man se bhaktavatsal bhagavan ka hi nity-nirantar shravan, kirtan, dhyan aur aradhan karana chahiye.
