brahma ji ka bhagavaddham darshan aur bhagavanh ke dvara unhean chatuahshloki bhagavat ka upadesh

shrishukadev ji kahate haian- parikshit! jaise svapn mean dekhe jane vale padarthoan ke sath use dekhane vale ka koee sabandh nahian hota, vaise hi dehadi se atit anubhavasvaroop atma ka maya ke bina drishy padarthoan ke sath koee sambandh nahian ho sakata. vividh roop vali maya ke karan vah vividh roop vala pratit hota hai aur jab usake gunoan mean ram jata hai, tab ‘yah maian hooan, yah mera hai’ is prakar manane lagata hai. kintu jab yah gunoan ke kshubdh karane vale kal aur moh utpann karane vali maya- in donoan se pare apane anant svaroop mean moharahit hokar raman karane lagata hai- atmaram ho jata hai; tab yah ‘maian, mera’ ka bhav chho dakar poorn udasin-gunatit ho jata hai. brahma ji ki nishkapat tapasya se prasann hokar bhagavanh ne unhean apane roop ka darshan karaya aur atmatattv ke jnan ke liye unhean param saty paramarth vastu ka upadesh kiya (vahi bat maian tumhean sunata hooan).

tinoan lokoan ke param guru adidev brahma ji apane janm sthan kamal par baithakar srishti karane ki ichchha se vichar karane lage. parantu jis jnan drishti se srishti ka nirman ho sakata tha aur jo srishti-vyapar ke liye vaanchhaniy hai, vah drishti unhean prapt nahian huee. ek din ve yahi chinta kar rahe the ki pralay ke samudr mean unhoanne vyanjanoan ke solahavean evan ikkisavean akshar ‘t’ tatha ‘p’ ko- ‘tap-tap’ (‘tap karo’) is prakar do bar suna. parikshit! mahatma log is tap ki ko hi tyagiyoan ka dhan manate haian. yah sunakar brahma ji ne vakta ko dekhane ki ichchha se charoan or dekha, parantu vahaan doosara koee dikhayi n p da. ve apane kamal par baith gaye aur ‘mujhe tap karane ki pratyaksh ajna mili hai’ aisa nishchay kar aur usi mean apana hit samajhakar unhoanne apane man ko tapasya mean laga diya.

brahma ji tapasviyoan mean sabase b de tapasvi haian. unaka jnan amogh hai. unhoanne ek samay ek sahasr divy varsh paryant ekagrachitt se apane pran, man, karmendriy aur jnanendriyoan ko vash mean karake aisi tapasya ki, jisase ve samast lokoan ko prakashit karane mean samarth ho sake. unaki tapasya se prasann hokar bhagavanh ne unhean apana vah lok dikhaya, jo sabase shreshth hai aur jisase pare koee doosara lok nahian hai. us lok mean kisi bhi prakar ke klesh, moh aur bhay nahian haian. jinhean kabhi ek bar bhi unake darshan ka saubhagy prapt hua hai, ve devata bar-bar unaki stuti karate rahate haian. vahaan rajogun, tamogun aur inase mila hua sattvagun bhi nahian hai. vahaan n kal ki dal galati hai aur n maya hi kadam rakh sakati hai; phir maya ke bal-bachche to ja hi kaise sakate haian. vahaan bhagavanh ke ve parshad nivas karate haian, jinaka poojan devata aur daity donoan hi karate haian. unaka ujjval abha se yukt shyam sharir shatadal kamal ke saman komal netr aur pile rang ke vastr se shobhayaman hai. aang-aang se rashi-rashi saundary bikharata rahata hai. ve komalata ki moorti haian. sabhi ke char-char bhujaean haian. ve svayan to atyant tejasvi haian hi, manijatit suvarn ke prabhamay abhooshan bhi dharan kiye rahate haian. unaki chhavi mooange, vaidooryamani aur kamal ke ujjval tantu ke saman haian. unake kanoan mean kundal, mastak par mukut aur kanth mean malaean shobhayaman haian.
