sadhushvapi ch papeshu samabuddhirvishishyate..[1]
yogi yunjit satatamatmanan rahasi sthitah.

bhavarth

jab manushy nishkapat hitaishiyoan, priy mitroan, tatasthoan, madhyasthoan, eershyaluoan, shatruoan tatha mitroan, punyatmaoan evan papiyoan ko saman bhav se dekhata hai, to vah aur bhi unnat mana jata hai.
yogi ko chahie ki vah sadaiv apane sharir, man tatha atma ko parameshvar mean lagae, ekant sthan mean rahe aur b di savadhani ke sath apane man ko vash mean kare. use samast akaankshaoan tatha sangrahabhav se mukt hona chahie.

krishn ki anubhooti brahm, paramatma tatha shribhagavan ke vibhinn roopoan mean hoti hai. sankshep mean, krishnabhavanamrit ka arth hai– bhagavan ki divy premabhakti mean nirantar pravritt rahana. kintu jo log nirakar brahm athava antaryami paramatma ke prati asakt hote haian, ve bhi aanshik roop se krishnabhavanabhavit haian kyoanki nirakar brahm krishn ki adhyatmik kiran hai aur paramatma krishn ka sarvavyapi aanshik vistar hota hai. is prakar nirvisheshavadi tatha dhyanayogi bhi aparoksh roop se krishnabhavanabhavit hote haian. pratyaksh krishnabhavanabhavit vyakti sarvochch yogi hota hai kyoanki aisa bhakt janata hai ki brahm tatha paramatma kya haian. usaka paramasaty vishayak jnan poorn hota hai, jabaki nirvisheshavadi tatha dhyanayogi apoorn roop mean krishnabhavanabhavit hote haian.

itane par bhi in saboan ko apane-apane karyoan mean nirantar lage rahane ka adesh diya jata hai, jisase ve der-saver param siddhi prapt kar sakean. yogi ka pahala kartavy hai ki vah krishn par apana dhyan sadaiv ekagr rakhe. use sadaiv krishn ka chintan karana chahie aur ek kshan ke lie bhi unhean nahian bhulana chahie. parameshvar mean man ki ekagrata hi samadhi kahalati hai. man ko ekagr karane ke lie sadaiv ekantavas karana chahie aur bahari upadravoan se bachana chahie. yogi ko chahie ki vah anukool paristhiyoan ko grahan kare aur pratikool paristhitiyoan ko tyag de, jisase usaki anubhooti par koee prabhav n p de. poorn sankalp kar lene par use un vyarth ki vastuoan ke pichhe nahian p dana chahie jo parigrah bhav mean use phansa lean.
