upanishad aur puranoan se

  • narad puran ke anusar 'radhashtami' ka vrat karane vala bhakt braj ke durlabh rahasy ko jan leta hai.
  • padm puran mean satyatapa muni subhadra gopi prasang mean radha nam ka spasht ullekh hai. radha aur krishn ko 'yugal sarakar' ki sanjna to kee jagah di gee hai.
  • shiv puran mean shrikrishn sakha vipr sudama se bhinn sudama gop ko radhaji dvara shrap die jane ka ullekh hai.

nishkam prem aur samarpan

radha ka prem nishkam aur ni:svarth hai. vah shrikrishn ko samarpit haian, radha shrikrishn se koee kamana ki poorti nahian chahatian. vah sadaiv shrikrishn ke anand ke lie udyat rahati haian. isi prakar jab manushy sarvasv samarpan ki bhavana ke sath krishn prem mean lin hota hai, tabhi vah radhabhav grahan kar pata hai. krishn prem ka shikhar radhabhav hai. tabhi to shrikrishn ko pane ke lie har koee radharanika ashray leta hai.

radhashtami ko radha-krishn ki sanyukt roop se pooja karani chahiye. sarvapratham radhaji ko panchamrit se snan karakar unaka shrriangar karana chahiye. tatpashchat phal-phool chadhakar dhoop-dip ityadi se arati karane ke uparaant bhog lagana chahiye. mandiroan mean 27 pe doan ki pattiyoan, 27 kuoan ke jal, sava man doodh, dahi, ghrit evan boora aur aushadhiyoan se mool shaanti hoti hai aur usake bad mean kee man panchamrit se vaidik mantroan ke sath 'shyamashyam' ka abhishek kiya jata hai. shraddhalu gahavar van ki parikrama bhi lagate haian.

arati radha ji ki kijai,
krishn sang jo kare nivasa, krishn karean jin par vishvasa, arati vrishabhanu lali ki kijai.
krishn chandr ki kari sahaee, muanh mean ani roop dikhaee, usi shakti ki arati kijai.
nand putr se priti badhaee, jamuna tat par ras rachaee, arati ras rachaee ki kijai.
prem rah jisane batalaee, nirgun bhakti nahian apanaee, arati radha ji ki kijai.
duniya ki jo raksha karati, bhaktajanoan ke dukh sab harati, arati du:kh harani ki kijai.
krishn chandr ne prem badhaya, vipin bich mean ras rachaya, arati krishn priya ki kijai.
duniya ki jo janani kahave, nij putroan ki dhir bandhave, arati jagat mat ki kijai.
