vaishampayan ji kahate haian- janamejay! is prakar bhagavanh shrikrishhn ne samhpoorn jagat ko apane se uthpann batalakar dharmananhdan yudhishhthir se pavitr dharmoan ka is prakar varnan arambh kiya- ‘panhdunanhdan! mere dvara kahe hue dharmashashtr ka punhyamay, papanashak, pavitr aur mahan phal yatharth-roop se suno- yudhishhthir! jo manushhy pavitr aur ekagrachitt hokar tapasya mean sanlaghn ho shvarg, yash aur ayu pradan karane vale janane yoghy dharm ka shravan karata hai, us shraddhalu purush ke- visheshat: mere bhakt ke poorv sanchit jitane pap hote haian, ve sab tathkal nashht ho jate haian.’ vaishamhpayan ji kahate haian- rajan! shrikrishhn ka yah param pavitr aur sathy vachan sunakar man-hi-man prasann ho dharm ke adbhut rahashy ka chinhtan karate hue samhpoorn devarshi, brahmarshi, ganhdharv, aphsaraean, bhoot, yaksh, grah, guhyak, sarp, mahathma balakhilhyagan, tattvadarshi yogi tatha paanchoan upasana karane vale bhagavadbhakht purush uthtam vaishhnav-dharm ka upadesh sunane tatha bhagavan ki bat hriday mean dharan karane ke liye athyanht uthkanhthit hokar vahaan aye. unake inhdriy aur man athyanht harshit ho rahe the. ane ke bad un sabane mashtak jhukakar bhagavan ko pranam kiya. bhagavan ki divhy drishhti p dane se ve sab nishhpap ho gaye. unhhean upashthit dekhakar mahapratapi dharmaputr yudhishhthir ne bhagavan ko pranam karake is prakar dharm vishayak prashhn kiya. yudhishhthir ne poochha- 'deveshhvar! brahman, kshatriy, vaishy aur shoodr ki prithak-prithak kaisi gati hoti hai?' shribhagavan ne kaha- 'narashreshth dharmaraj! brahmanadi varnoan ke kram se dharm ka varnan suno. brahman ke liye kuchh bhi dushhkar nahian hai. jo brahman shikha aur yajnopavit dharan karate haian, sandhhyopasana karate haian, poornahuti dete haian, vidhivat aghnihotr karate haian, balivaishhvadev aur atithiyoan ka poojan karate haian, nithy shvadhhyay mean lage rahate haian tatha jap-yajn ke parayan hai; jo prat:kal aur saanyakal hom karane ke bad hi anhn grahan karate haian, shoodr ka anhn nahian khate haian, damhbh aur mithhya bhashan se door rahate haian, apani hi shtri se prem rakhate haian tatha panch yajn aur aghnihotr karate rahate haian, jinake sab papoan ko havan ki jane vali tinoan aghniyaan bhashm kar deti haian, ve brahman paparahit hokar brahmalok ko prapht hote haian. kshatriyoan mean bhi jo rajhy sianhasan par asin hone ke bad apane dharm ka palan aur praja ki bhali-bhaanti raksha karata hai, lagan ke roop mean praja ki amadani ka chhatha bhag lekar sada utane se hi santosh karata hai. yajn aur dan karata rahata hai, dhairy rakhata hai, apani shtri se santushht rahata hai, shashtr ke anusar chalata hai, t ko janata hai aur praja ki bhalaee ke kary mean sanlaghn rahata hai tatha brahmanoan ki ichhchha poorn karata hai, poshhy varg ke palan mean tathpar rahata hai, pratijna ko sathy karake dikhata hai, sada pavitr rahata hai evan lobh aur damhbh ko thyag deta hai, us kshatriy ko bhi devataoan dvara sevit uthtam gati ki praphti hoti hai, yajn aur dan karata rahata hai, dhairy rakhata hai, apani shtri se santushht rahata hai, shashtr ke anusar chalata hai, tattv ko janata hai aur praja ki bhalaee ke kary mean sanlaghn rahata hai tatha brahmanoan ki ichhchha poorn karata hai, poshhy varg ke palan mean tathpar rahata hai, pratijna ko sathy karake dikhata hai, sada pavitr rahata hai evan lobh aur damhbh ko thyag deta hai, us kshatriy ko bhi devataoan dvara sevit uttam gati ki praphti hoti hai. |
