vaishampayan ji kahate haian- janamejay! siddh brahman ne kaha- kashyap! jo manushy (sthool, sooksham aur karan shiriroan mean kramash:) poorv- poorv ka abhiman tyagakar kuchh bhi chintan nahian karata aur maun bhav se rahakar sab ke ekamatr adhishthan par brahm paramatma mean lin rahata hai, vahi sansar bandhan se mukt hota hai. jo sabaka mitr, sab kuchh sahane vala, manonigrah mean tatpar, jitendriy, bhay aur krodh se rahit tatha atmavan hai, vah manushy bandhan se mukt ho jata hai. jo niyamaparayan aur pavitr rahakar sab praniyoan ke prati apane jaisa bartav karata hai, jisake bhitar samman pane ki ichchha nahian hai tatha jo abhiman se door rahata hai, vah sarvatha mukt hi hai. jo jivan maran, sukh du:kh, labh-hani tatha priy-apriy adi dvandvadoan ko samabhav se dekhata hai, vah mukt ho jata hai. jo kisi ke dravy ka lobh nahian rakhata, kisi ki avahelana nahian karata, jisake man par dvandvoan ka prabhav nahian p data aur jisake chitt ki asakti door ho gayi hai, vah sarvatha mukt hi hai. jo kisi ko apana mitr, bandhu ya santan nahian manata, jisane sakam dharm, arth aur kam ka tyag kar diya hai tatha jo sab prakar ki akaankshaoan se rahit hai, vah mukt ho jata hai.

jisaki n dharm mean asakti hai n adharm mean, jo poorv sanchit karmoan ko tyag chuka hai, vasanaoan ka kshay ho jane se jisaka chitt shant ho gaya hai tatha jo sab prakar ke dvandvadoan se rahit hai, vah mukt ho jata hai. jo kisi bhi karm ka karta nahian banata, jisake man mean koee kamana nahian hai, jo is jagat ko ashvatth ke saman anity-kal tak n tik sakane vala samajhata hai tatha jo sada ise janm, mrityu aur jara se yukt janata hai, jisaki buddhi vairajy mean lagi hai aur jo nirantar apane doshoan par drishti rakhata hai, vah shighr hi apane bandhan ka nash kar deta hai. jo atma ko gandh, ras, sparsh, shabd, parigrah, roop se rahit tatha ajney manata hai, vah mukt ho jata hai. jisaki drishti mean atma paanch bhautik ganoan se hin, nirakar, karan rahit tatha nirgun hote hue bhi (maya ke sambandh se) gunoan ka bhokta hai, vah mukt ho jata hai. jo buddhi se vichar karake sharirik aur manasik sab sankalpoan ka tyag kar deta hai, vah bina eeandhan ki ag ke saman dhire-dhire shanti ko prapt ho jata hai. jo sab prakar ke sanskaroan se rahit, dvandv aur parigrah se rahit ho gaya hai tatha jo tapasya ke dvara indriy-samooh ko apane vash mean karake (anasakt) bhav se vicharata hai, vah mukt hi hai. jo sab prakar ke sanskaroan se mukt hota hai, vah manushy shant, achal, nity, avinashi evan sanatan par brahm paramatma ko prapt kar leta hai. ab maian us param uttam yog shastr ka varnan karooanga, jisake anusar yog-sadhan karane vale yogi purush apane atma ka sakshatkar kar lete haian. maian usaka yathavat upadesh karata hooan.

moksh prapti ke upay ka varnan

manonigrah ke jin upayoan dvara chitt ko is sharir ke bhitar hi vashibhootevan antamurkh karake yogi ane nity atma ka darshan karata hai, unhean mujh se shravan karo.[1]indriyoan ko vishayoan ki or se hatakar man mean aur man ko atma mean sthapit kare. is prakar pahale tivr tapasya karake phir mokshopayogi upay ka avalamban karana chahiye. manishi brahman ko chahiye ki vah sada tapasya mean pravritt evan yatnashil hokar yog shastroan ka upay ka anushthan kare. isase vah man ke dvara ant:karan mean atma ka sakshatkar karata hai. ekant mean rahane vala sadhak purush yadi apane man ko atma mean lagaye rakhane mean saphal ho jata hai to vah avashy hi apane mean atma ka darshan karata hai. jo sadhak sada sanyamaparayan, yogayukt, man ko vash mean karane vala aur jitendriy hai, vahi atma se prerit hakar buddhi ke dvara usaka sakshatkar kar sakata hai. jais munashy sapane mean kisi aparichit purush ko dekhak jab pun: use jagrat avastha mean dekhata hai, tab turant pahachan leta hai ki ‘yah vahi hai.’ usi prakar sadhan parayan yogi samadhi avastha mean atma ko jis roop mean dekhata hai, usi roop mean usake bad bhi dekhata rahata hai. jaise koee manushy mooanj se siank ko alag karake dikha de, vaise hi yogi purush atma ko is deh se prithak karake dekhata hai. yahaan sharir ko mooanj kaha gaya hai aur atma ko siank. yog vettaoan ne deh aur atma ke parthaky ko samajh ne ke liye yah bahut uttam drishtant diya hai. dehadhari jiv jab yog ke dvara atma ka yatharth roop se darshan kar leta he, us samay usake oopar tribhuvan ke adhishvar ka bhi adhipaty nahian rahata hai. vah yogi anani ichchha ke anusar vibhinn prakar ke sharir dharan kar sakata hai, budhapa aur mrityu ko bhi bhaga deta hai, vah n kabhi shok karata hai n harsh. apani iandriyoan ko vash mean rakhane vala yogi purush devataoan ka bhi devata ho sakata hai. vah is anity sharir ka tyag karake avinashi brahm ko prapt hota hai.[2]

sampoorn praniyoan ka vinash hone par bhi use bhay nahian hota. sabake klesh uthane par bhi usako kisi se klesh nahian pahuanchata. shantachitt evan ni:sprih yogi asakti aur sneh se prapt hone vale bhayankar du:kh shok tatha bhay se vichalit nahian hota. use shastr nahian biandh sakate, mrityu usake pas nahian pahuanch pati, sansar mean usase badhakar sukhi kahian koee nahian dikhayi deta. vah man ko atma mean lin karake usi mean sthit ho jata hai tatha budhapa ke du:khoan se chhutakara pakar sukh se sota-akshay anand ka anubhav karata hai. vah is manav sharir ka tyag karake ichchhanusar doosare bahut se sharir dharan karata hai. yogajanit aishvary ka upabhog karane vale yogi ko yog se kisi tarah virakt nahian hona chahiye. achchhi tarah yog ka abhyas karake jab yogi apane mean hi atma ka sakshatkar karane lagat hai, us samay vah sakshat indr ke pad ko pane ki ichchha nahiean karata hai. ekant mean dhyan karane vale purush ko jis prakar yog ki prapti hoti hai, vah suno- jo upadesh pahale shruti mean dekha gaya hai, usaka chintan karake jis bhag mean jiv ka nivas mana gaya hai, usi mean man ko bhi sthapit kare. usake bahar kadapi n jane de.[2] sharir ke bhitar rahate hue vah atma jis ashray mean sthit hota hai, usi mean bahy aur abhyantar vishayoan sahit man ko dharan kare. mooladhar adi kis ashray mean chintar karake jab vah sarvasvaroop paramatma ka sakshatkar karata hai, us samay usaka man pratyak sparoop atma se bhinn koee ‘bahy’ vastu nahian rah jata. nirjan van mean indriy samuday ko vash mean karake ekagrachitt ho shabd shoony apane sharir ke bahar aur bhitar pratyek aang mean paripoorn parabrahm paramatma ka chintan kare. dant, talu, jihva, gala, griva, hriday tatha hriday bandhan (na di marg) ko bhi paramatm roop se chintan kare.[3]

shishy ka prasn

madhusoodan! mere aisa kahane par us medhavi shishy ne pun: jisaka niroopan karana atyant kathin hai, us mokshadharm ke vishay mean poochha- ‘yah baranbar khaya hua ann udar mean pahuanchakar kaise pachata hai? kis tarah usaka ras banata hai aur kis prakar vah rakt ke roop mean parinat ho jata hai? ‘stri sharir mean maans, meda, snayu aur haddiyaan kaise hoti haian? dehadhariyoan ke samast sharir kaise badhate haian? badhate hue sharir ka bal kaise badhata hai? jinaka sab or se avarodh hai, un maloan ka prithak prithak ni:saran kaise hota hai? ‘yah jiv kaise saans leta, kaise achchhvas khianchata aur kis sthan mean rahakar is sharir mean sada vidyaman rahata hai? ‘cheshtashil jivatma is sharir ka bhar kaise vahan karata hai? phir kaise aur kis rang ke sharir ko dharan karata hai. nishpap bhagavan! yah sab mujhe yathartharoop se bataiye’.

brahman ka uttar

shatrudaman mahabahu madhav! us brahman ke is prakar poochhane par maianne jaisa suna tha vaisa hi use bataya. jaise ghar ka saman apane kote mean dalakar bhi manushy unhian ke chintan mean man lagaye rahata hai, usi prakar indriyaroopi chanchal dvadaroan se vicharane vale man ko apani kaya mean hi sthapit karake vahian atma ka anusandhan kare aur pramad ko tyag de. is prakar sada dhyan ke liye prayatn karane vale purush ka chitt shighr hi prasann ho jata hai aur vah us parabrahm paramatma ko prapt kar leta hai, jisaka sakshatkar karake manushy prakriti evan usake vikaroan ko svat: jan leta hai. us paramatma ka in charm chakshuoan se darshan nahian ho sakata, sampoorn indriyoan se bhi usako grahan nahian kiya ja sakata, keval buddhiroopi dipak hi sahayata se hi us mahan atma ka darshan hota hai. vah sab or hath pair vala, sab or netr aur sir vala tatha sab or kan vala hai, kyoanki vah sansar mean sabako vyapt karake sthit hai.

tattvajn jiv apane apako sharir se prithak dekhata hai. vah sharir ke bhitar rahakar bhi usaka tyag kare usaki prithakata ka anubhav karake apane svaroop bhoot keval parabrahm paramatma ka chintan karata hua buddhi ke sahayog se atma ka sakshatkar karata hai. us samay vah yah sochakar hansata sa rahata hai ki aho! mrigatrishna mean pratit hone vale jal ki bhaanti mujh mean hi pratit hone vale is sansar ne mujhe ab tak vyarth hi bhram mean dal rakha tha. jo is prakar paramatma ka darshan karata hai, vah usi ka ashray lekar ant mean mujh mean hi mukt ho jata hai.[4][3] dvijashreshth! yah sara rahasy maianne tumhean bata diya. ab maian jane ki anumati chahata hooan. vipravar! tum bhi sukhapoorvak apane sthan ko laut jao. shrikrishn! mere is prakar kahane par vah kathor vrat ka palan karane vala mera mahatapasvi shishy brahman kashyap ichchhanusar apane abhisht sthan ko chala gaya.[5]

shrikrishn evan arjun ka sanvad

bhagavan shrikrishn kahate haian- arjun! moksh dharm ka ashray lene vale ve siddh mahatma shreshth brahman mujh se yah prasang sunakar vahian antardhan ho gaye. parth! kya tumane mare bataye hue is upadesh ko ekagrachitt hokar suna hai? us yuddh ke samay bhi tumane rath par baithe-baithe isi tattv ko suna tha. kuntinandan! mera to aisa vishva hai ki jisaka chitt vyagr hai, jise jnan ka upadesh nahian prapt hai, vah manushy is vishay ko sugamatapoorvak nahian samajh sakata. jisaka ant:karan shuddh hai vahi ise jan sakata hai. bharat shreshth! yah maianne devataoan ka param gopaniy rahasy bataya hai. parth! is jagat mean kisi bhi manushy ne is rahasy ka shravan nahian kiya hai. anagh! tumhare siva doosara koee manushy ise sunane ka adhikari bhi nahian hai. jisaka chitt duvidha mean p da hua hai, vah is samay ise achchhi tarah nahian samajh sakata. kuntikumar! kriyavan purashoan se devalok bhara p da hai. devataoan ka yah abhisht nahian hai ki manushy ke martyaroop ki nivritti ho. parth! jo sanatan brahm hai, vahi jiv ki param gati hai. jnani manushy deh ko tyagakar us brahm mean hi amritattv ko prapt hota hai aur sada ke liye sukhi ho jata hai. is atmadarshan roop dharm ka ashray lekar vaishy aur shoodr tatha jo pap yoni ke manushy hai ve paramagati ko prapt ho jate haian. parth! phir jo apane dharm mean prem rakhate aur brahmalok ki prapti ke sadhan mean lage rahate haian, un bahushrut brahman aur kshatriyoan ki to bat hi kya hai? is prakar maianne tumhean mokshadharm ka yuktiyukt upadesh kiya hai. usake sadhan ke upay bhi batalaye hai aur siddhi, phal, moksh tatha du:kh ke svaroop ka bhi nirnay kiya hai. bharat shreshth! isase badhakar doosara koee sukhadayak dharm nahian hai. pandunandan! jo kaee buddhiman, shraddhalu aur parakrami manushy laukik sukh ko sarahin samajhakar use tyag deta hai, vah uparyukt in upayoan ke dvara bahut shighr param gati ko prapt kar leta hai. parth! itana hi kahane yojy vishay hai. isase badhakar kuchh bhi nahian hai. jo chh: mahine tak nirantar yog ka abhyas karata hai, usaka uyog avashy siddh ho jata hai.[5]
