sambandh- chhathe shlok mean yah bat kahi gayi ki jisane sharir, indriy aur manaroop atma ko jit liya hai, vah ap hi apana mitr hai. phir satavean shlok mean us ‘jitatma’ purush ke liye paramatma ko prapt hona tatha athavean aur navean shlokoan mean paramatma ko prapt purush ke lakshan batalakar usaki prashansa ki gayi. is par yah jijnasa hoti hai ki jitatma purush ko paramatma ki prapti ke liye kya karana chahiye, vah kis sadhan se paramatma ko shighr prapt kar sakata hai, isaliye dhyanayog ka prakaran arambh karate haian- yogi yunjit satatamatmanan rahasi sthit: .
uttar- is lok aur paralok ke bhogy-padarthoan ki jo kisi bhi avastha mean, kisi prakar bhi, kianchinmatr bhi ichchha ya apeksha nahian karata, vah ‘nirashiah’ hai. prashn- ‘aparigrahah’ ka kya abhipray hai? uttar- bhog-samagri ke sangrah ka nam parigrah hai, jo usase rahit ho use ‘aparigrah’ kahate haian. vah yadi grihasth ho to kisi bhi vastu ka mamatapoorvak sangrah n rakhe aur yadi brahmachari, vanaprasth ya sannyasi ho to svaroop se bhi kisi prakar shastrapratikool sangrah n kare. aise purush kisi bhi ashram vale hoan ‘aparigrah’ hi haian. prashn- yahaan ‘yogi’ pad kisaka vachak hai? uttar- yahaan bhagavanh dhyanayog mean lagane ke liye kah rahe haian; atah ‘yogi’ dhyanayog ke adhikari ka vachak hai, n ki siddh yogi ka. prashn- yahaan ‘ekaki’ visheshan kisaliye diya gaya hai? uttar- bahut-se manushyoan ke samooh mean to dhyan ka abhyas atyant kathin hai hi, ek bhi doosare purush ka rahana batachit adi ke nimitt se dhyan mean badhak ho jata hai. atev akele rahakar dhyan ka abhyas karana chahiye. isiliye ‘ekaki’ visheshan diya gaya hai. |
