mahaprabhu ka kripa-ashirvad prapt kar shriroop ne svayan rachit nimn shlok dvara unaki stuti ki-
"namo mahavadanyay krishnaprem pradayate.
krishnay krishn chaitanyanamne gauratvishe nam:॥"[6][7] mahaprabhu ne kaha-"aha! krishn ki kaisi kripa hai tumhare oopar, jo bhav-koop se tumhara uddhar kiya. tum donoan kitane bhagyashali ho!"
tab roop ko nikat baithakar unhoanne sanatan ka samachar poochha. roop ne kaha-"unhean husainashah ne bandi kar rakha hai. ve karagar mean hai. apaki kripa ho tabhi unaka uddhar ho sakata hai."

mahaprabhu ne kaha-"sanatan ka uddhar ho chuka hai. unaka shighr mujhase milan hoga."[8]

yah sanu mahaprabhu bahut prasann hue aur premavesh mean yah shlok padhane lage-

"bhagavadbhakti hinasy jati: shastran japastap:.

apran syaiv dehasy mandanan lokaranjanamh॥

shuchi: sadbhaktidiptagnidagdh durjati kalmash:.

svapakoapi budhai: shladhyo n vedajneapi nastik:॥"[13][14]

vallabhachary mahaprabhu ko nauka par bithakar apane ghar le gaye.[15]

bhukti-mukti siddhikami, sakali ashant॥[18]

bhakti-lata ka bij kisi bhagyavan jiv ko guru aur krishn ke prasad se prapt hota hai. tab vah mali banakar apane hriday kshetr mean usaka ropan karata hai, shravan aur kirtan ke jal se usaka sianchan karata hai. is prakar sianche jane par lata vardhit hoti hai. badhate-badhate viraja, brahmalok aur vaikunth ko bhedakar golok-vrindavan mean krishn-charan roopi kalpavriksh se ja lipatati hai. vahaan usamean premaroopi phool utpann hota hai, jisaka asvadan kar mali dhany hota hai. par yadi usake badhate-badhate vaishnav-aparadhiroopi matt hathi kahian se a jae, to use ukha d pheankata hai, ya to d dalata hai. to dane par usake patte sookh jate haian. aur yadi bhakti- lata ke sath-sath usamean bhukti-mukti-vaanchha, nishiddhachar, jiv-hiansa, labh-pooja-pratishthadi ki upashakhaean nikal ayean to mool shakha badhane nahian pati. isalie mali prarambh se hi in upashakhaoan ko chhaant deta hai. tabhi mool shakha badhati hai, kyoanki any sabhi vaanchhaoan, devataoan aur karm-jnanadi ka parityagakar sarvendriyoan se krishnanushilan ya krishn-seva karane ka nam hi shuddha bhakti hai-

any vaanchha, any pooja chha di jnan-karm.

anukoolye sarvendriye krishnanushilan॥[19]

shrimadbhagavat aur pancharatr mean shuddha-bhakti ka isi prakar varnan hai-

sarvopadhi vinirmuktan tatparatven nirmalamh.

hrishiken hrishikesh-sevanan bhaktiroochyate॥[20]

bhukti-mukti ki vaanchha rahate sadhana karane se bhi prem ka uday nahian hota-

bhukti-mukti adi-vaanchha yadi mane hay.

sachan karile prem utpann na hay॥[21]

shuddha bhakti ki sadhana se rati ka uday hota hai. rati gadh hone se prem hota hai. prem kramash: vriddhi praptakar sneh, man, pranay, rag, anurag, bhav aur mahabhav mean parinat hota hai. krishn-bhaktiras paanch prakar ka hai- shant, dasy, sankhy, vatsaly aur madhur. ye mukhy bhakti-ras haian, jo sthayi roop se bhakt ke hriday mean rahate haian. hasy, adbhut, vir, karun, raudr, vibhats aur bhay sat gaun ras haian, jo karan vishesh se agantuk roop se utpann hote haian. shant bhakt haian navayogendr aur sanakadi. dasy bhakt haian hanuman aur chitrak-patrak adi. sakhy bhakt haian bhim, arjun aur shridamadi. vatsaly bhakt haian nand-yashoda, vasudev-devaki aur shrikrishn ke gurujan. madhur ras ki bhakt haian braj ki gopiyaan tatha dvaraka aur mathura ki mahishigan. shant bhakti ras ke do pradhan gun haian- krishnanishtha aur trishna-tyag. shant bhakt svarg aur mokshadi ki kamana nahian karata. vah krishn ko parabrahm, paramatma roop mean dekhata hai. par krishn ke prati usamean mamata ki gandh bhi nahian hoti. dasy bhakt mean krishn ke prati ekanishthata aur trishna-tyag to hota hi hai, krishn ke prati gorav aur sanbhram ke sath seva bhav bhi hota hai. sakhy ras mean krishnanishtha, trishna-tyag aur krishn-seva ke atirikt krishn ke prati mamata aur atmasam jnan hota hai. isaliye sakhyaras mean krishn-seva sambhram-sankoch-rahit hoti hai. vatsalyaras mean shantaras ki nishtha, dasy ki seva aur sakhy ke asambhram aur asankoch ke sath mamatadhiky ke karan ta dan-bhartsan bhi hota hai. vatsalyabhav ka bhakt apane ko krishn ka palak aur krishn ko paly manata hai. madhuras mean krishn-nishta, sambhramarahit seva, mamata aur lalan vatsaly ras si adhik hota hai. sath hi madhuraras mean kantabhav se krishn ko apana aang dekar seva karane ki pravritti bhi hoti hai."

bhakti ki is prakar vyakhya kar mahaprabhu bole-"roop, maianne tumhean bhaktiras ka digdarshan matr karaya hai. tum man hi man bhavana dvara isaka vistar karana. bhavana karate-karate ant:karan mean krishn ki sphoorti hoti hai aur krishn ki kripa se ajn vyakti bhi rasasindhu par kar leta hai."

mathura-vrindavan ki yatra

das din roop ko is prakar upadesh karane ke pashchat mahaprabhu ne varanasi ke liye prasthan kiya. tab roop ne unake charanoan mean nivedan kiya-"yadi ajna ho to maian bhi apake sath chalooan. mujhase apaka virah sahan n hoga."

mahaprabhu ne kaha-"abhi to tum vrindavan jao. vrindavan se lautakar gau d desh hote hue nilachal mean mujhase milana."
