adhyay 6 : shlok-20-23

yatroparamate chittan niruddhan yog sevaya.
yatr chaivatmanatmanan pashyannatmani tushyati॥
sukh matyantikan yattadbuddhigrahyamatindriyamh.
vetti yatr n chaivayan sthitashchalati tattvatah॥
yan labdhva chaparan labhan manyate nadhikan tatah.
yasmansthito n du:khen gurunapi vichalyate॥
tan vidyaddu:khasanyogaviyogan yogasanjnitamh॥[1]

bhavarth

siddhi ki avastha mean, jise samadhi kahate haian, manushy ka man yogabhyas ke dvara bhautik manasik kriyaoan se poornataya sanyamit ho jata hai. is siddhi ki visheshata yah hai ki manushy shuddh man se apane ko dekh sakata hai aur apane apamean anand utha sakata hai. us anandamayi sthiti mean vah divy indriyoan dvara asim divyasukh mean sthit rahata hai. is prakar sthapit manushy kabhi saty se vipath nahian hota aur is sukh ki prapti ho jane par vah isase b da koee doosara labh nahian manata. aisi sthiti ko pakar manushy b di se b di kathinaee mean bhi vichalit nahian hota. yah nissandeh bhautik sansarg se utpann hone vale samast duahkhoan se vastavik mukti hai.

yogabhyas se manushy bhautik dharanaoan se kramashah virakt hota jata hai. yah yog ka pramukh lakshan hai. isake bad vah samadhi mean sthit ho jata hai, jisaka arth yah hota hai ki divy man tatha buddhi ke dvara yogi apane apako paramatma samajhane ka bhram n karake paramatma ki anubhooti karata hai. yogabhyas bahut kuchh patanjali ki paddhati par adharit hai. kuchh apramanik bhashyakar jivatma tatha paramatma mean abhed sthapit karane ka prayas karate haian aur advaitavadi ise hi mukti manate haian, kintu ve patanjali ki yogapaddhati ke vastavik prayojan ko nahian janate. patanjali paddhati mean divy anand ko svikar kiya gaya hai, kintu advaitavadi is divy anand ko svikar nahian karate kyoanki unhean bhram hai ki isase kahian unake advaitavad mean badha n upasthit ho jaye. advaitavadi jnan tatha jnata ke dvait ko nahian manate, kintu is shlok mean divy indriyoan dvara anubhoot divy anand ko svikar kiya gaya hai. yogasootr mean[2] maharshi kahate haian– purusharthashoonyanaan gunanaan pratiprasavah kaivalyan svaroopapratishtha va chitishaktiriti.
