trayodash adhyay
dhyanenatmani pashyanti kechidatmanamatmana . arth- kee manushy dhyanayog ke dvara, kee saankhyayog ke dvara aur kee karmayog ke dvara apane-apase apane-apamean paramatmatattv ka anubhav karate haian. vyakhya- ‘dhyanenatmani pashyanti kechidatmanamatmana’- paanchavean adhyay ke sattaeesavean-atthaeesavean shlokoan mean; chhathe adhyay ke dasavean se atthaeesavean shlok tak; aur athavean adhyay ke athavean se chaudahavean shlok tak jo sagun-sakar, nirgun-nirakar adi ke dhyan ka varnan hua hai, us dhyan mean jisaki jaisi ruchi, shraddha-vishvas aur yogyata hai, usake anusar dhyan karake kee sadhak apane-apase apane mean paramatmatattv ka anubhav karate haian. jo sanbandh-vichchhed prakriti aur purush ko alag-alag janane se hota hai, vah sanbandh-vichchhed dhyan se bhi hota hai. dhyan n to chitt ki moodh vritti mean hota hai aur n kshipt vritti mean hota hai. dhyan vikshipt vritti mean aranbh hota hai. chitt jab svaroop mean ekagr ho jata hai, tab samadhi ho jati hai. ekagr hone par chitt niruddh ho jata hai. is tarah jis avastha mean chitt niruddh ho jata hai. us avastha mean chitt sansar, sharir, vritti, chintan adi se bhi uparat ho jati hai. us samay dhyanayogi apane-apase apane-apamean apana anubhav karake santusht ho jata hai.[1] ‘anye saankhyen yogen’- doosare adhyay ke gyarahavean se tisavean shlok tak; chauthe adhyay ke taiantisavean se untalisavean shlok tak; paanchavean adhyay ke athavean, navean tatha terahavean se chhabbisavean shlok tak; aur barahavean adhyay ke chauthe paanchavean adi shlokoan mean kahe hue saankhyayog ke dvara kee sadhak apane-apase apane mean paramatmatattv ka anubhav karate haian. saankhyayog nam hai vivek ka. us vivek ke dvara sath-asath ka nirnay ho jata hai ki ‘sath’ nity hai, sarvavyapak hai, sthir svabhav vala hai, achal hai, avyakt hai, achinty hai; ‘asath’ chal hai, anity hai, vikari hai, parivartanashil hai. aise vivek-vichar se saankhyayogi prakriti aur usake kary se bilakul alag ho jata hai aur apane-apase apane apamean paramatma ka anubhav kar leta hai. ‘karmayogen chapare’- doosare adhyay ke saiantalisavean se tirapanavean shlok tak; tisare adhyay ke satavean se unnisavean shlok tak; chauthe adhyay ke solahavean se battisavean shlok tak; paanchavean adhyay ke chhathe-satavean adi shlokoan mean kahe hue karmayog ke dvara kee sadhak apane-apase apane mean paramatmatattv ka anubhav karate haian. jo sanbandh-vichchhed prakriti aur purush ko alag-alag janane se hota hai, vah sanbandh-vichchhed karmayog se bhi hota hai. karmayogi jo kuchh bhi kare, vah keval sansar ke hit ke lie hi kare. yajn, dan, tap, tirth, vrat adi jo kuchh bhi kare, vah sab matr praniyoan ke kalyan ke lie hi kare, apane lie nahian. aisa karane se svayan ka un kriyaoan se, padarth, sharir adi se sanbandh-vichchhed ho jata hai aur apane-apase apane mean paramatmatattv ka anubhav ho jata hai. manushy ne svabhavik hi apane mean deh ko svikar kiya hai, mana hai. is manyata ko door karane ke lie apane mean paramatma ko dekhana arthat deh ki jagah apane mean paramatma ko manana bahut avashyak hai. apane mean paramatma ko dekhana karan nirapeksh hota hai. karan sapeksh jnan prakriti ke sanbandh se hota hai. isalie sadhak kisi karan ke dvara paramatma mean sthit nahian hota, pratyut svayan hi sthit hota hai. svayan ki paramatma mean sthiti kisi karan ke dvara ho hi nahian sakati. |
