manushy ko niand se jagane par sabase pahale ‘ahamh’ arthat ‘mai hooan’- is vritti ka jnan hota hai. phir maian amuk sharir, nam, jati, varn, ashram adi ka hooan- aisa abhiman hota hai. yah ek kram hai. isi prakar paramarthik marg mean bhi ahankar ke nash ka ek kram hai. sabase pahale sthool-sharir se sanbandhi dhanadi padarthoan ka abhiman mitata hai. phir karmendriyoan ke sanbandh se rahane vale kartritvabhiman ka nash hota hai. usake bad buddhi ki pradhanata se rahane vala jnatapan ka ahankar mitata hai. aant mean ‘ahamh’ vritti ki pradhanata se jo sakshipan ka ahankar hai, vah bhi mit jata hai. tab sarvatr paripoorn sachchidanandaghan svaroop svatah rah jata hai. upay- (1) apane mean shreshthata ki bhavana se hi abhiman paida hota hai. abhiman tabhi hota hai, jab manushy doosaroan ki taraph dekhakar yah sochata hai ki ve meri apeksha tuchchh hai. jaise, gaanvabhar mean ek hi lakhapati ho to doosaroan ko dekhakar usako lakhapati hone ka abhiman hota hai. parantu agar doosare sabhi karo dapati hoan to usako apane lakhapati hone ka abhiman nahian hota. atah abhimanaroop dosh ko mitane ke lie sadhak ko chahie ki vah doosaroan ki kami ki taraph kabhi n dekhe, pratyut apani kamiyoan ko dekhakar unako door kare.[1] (2) ek hi atma jaise is sharir mean vyapt hai, aise hi vah any shariroan mean bhi vyapt hai- ‘sarvagatah’.[2] parantu manushy ajnan se sarvavyapi atma ko ek apane sharir mean hi simit manakar sharir ko ‘maian’ man leta hai. jaise manushy baiank mean rakhe hue bahut se rupayoan mean se keval apane dvara jama kie hue kuchh rupayoan mean hi mamata karake, unake sath apana sanbandh manakar apane ko dhani man leta hai, aise hi ek sharir mean ‘maian sharir hooan’- aisi ahanta karake vah kal se sanbandh manakar ‘maian is samay mean hooan’, desh se sanbandh manakar ‘maian yahaan hooan’, buddhi se sanbandh manakar ‘maian samajhadar hooan’, vani se sanbandh manakar ‘maian vakta hooan’ adi ahankar kar leta hai. is prakar ke sanbandh n manana hi ahankar rahit hone ka upay hai. |
