roopan mahatte bahuvaktranetran mahabaho bahubahoorupadamh . arth- he mahabaho! apake bahut mukhoan aur netroan vale, bahut bhujaoan, janghaoan aur charanoan vale, bahut udaroan vale, bahut vikaral dadhoan vale mahan roop ko dekhakar sab prani vyathit ho rahe haian tatha maian bhi vyathit ho raha hooan. vyakhya- [pandrahavean se atharahavean shlok tak vishvaroop mean ‘dev’-roop ka, unnisavean se baeesavean shlok tak ‘ugr’-roop ka aur teeesavean se tisavean shlok tak ‘atyant ugr’-roop ka varnan hua hai.] ‘bahuvaktranetramh’- apake mukh ek-doosare se nahian milate. kee mukh saumy haian aur kee vikaral haian. kee mukh chhote haian aur kee b de haian. aise hi apake jo netr haian, ve bhi sabhi ek saman nahian dikh rahe haian. kee netr saumy haian aur kee vikaral haian. kee netr chhote haian, kee b de haian, kee lambe haian, kee chau de haian, kee gol haian, kee tedhe haian, adi-adi.- ‘bahubahoorupadamh’- hathoan ki banavat, varn, akriti aur unake kary vilakshan-vilakshan haian. janghaean vichitr-vichitr haian aur charan bhi tarah-tarah ke haian. ‘bahoodaramh’ ek saman nahian hai. koee b da, koee chhota, koee bhayankar adi kee tarah ke pet haian. ‘bahudanshtrakaralan drishtava lokaah pravyathitastathahamh’- mukhoan mean bahut prakar ki vikaral dadhe hai. aise mahan bhayankar, vikaral roop ko dekhakar sab prani vyakul ho rahe haian aur maian bhi vyakul ho raha hooan. is shlok se pahale kahe hue shlokoan mean bhi anek mukhoan, netroan adi ki aur sab logoan ke bhayabhit hone ki bat ayi hai. atah arjun ek hi bat bar-bar kyoan kah rahe haian? isaka karan hai ki –
