ashtadash adhyay
uttar- indriyoan ke pratyek bhog mean rag aur dvesh-ye donoan chhipe rahate haian, ye sadhak ke mahanh shatru haian.[1] atev is lok ya paralok ke kisi bhi bhog mean, kisi bhi prani mean tatha kisi bhi padarth, kriya athava ghatana mean kianchinmatr bhi asakti ya dvesh n rahane dena rag-dvesh ka sarvatha nash kar dena hai; aur is prakar rag-dvesh ka nash karake jo niahsprihabhav se nirantar vairagy mean magn rahana hai, yahi rag-dvesh ka nash karake bhali-bhaanti vairagy ka ashray lena hai. prashn- ahankar, bal, ghamand, kam, krodh aur parigrah ka tyag karana tatha in sab ka tyag karake nirantar dhyanayog ke parayan rahana kya hai? uttar- sharir, indriyoan aur antahkaran mean jo atmabuddhi hai- usaka nam ahankar hai; isi ke karan manushy man, buddhi aur sharir dvara kiye jane vale karmoan mean apane ko karta man leta hai. atev is dehabhiman ka sarvatha tyag kar dena ahankar ka tyag kar dena hai. anyayapoorvak balath jo doosaroan par prabhutv jamane ka sahas hai, usaka nam ‘bal’ hai; is prakar ke duahsahas ka sarvatha tyag kar dena bal ka tyag kar dena hai. dhan, jan, vidya, jati aur sharirik shakti adi ke karan hone vala jo garv hai- usaka nam darp yani ghamand hai; is bhav ka sarvatha tyag kar dena ghamand ka tyag kar dena hai. is lok aur paralok ke bhogoan ko prapt karane ki ichchha ka nam ‘kam’ hai, isaka sarvatha tyag kar dena kam ka tyag kar dena hai. apane man ke pratikool acharan karane vale par aur nitiviruddh vyavahar karane vale par jo antahkaran mean uttejana ka bhav utpann hota hai-jisake karan manushy ke netr lal ho jate hai, hoanth ph dakane lagate haian, hriday mean jalan hone lagati hai aur mukh vikrit ho jata hai- usaka nam krodh hai; isaka sarvatha tyag kar dena, kisi bhi avastha mean aise bhav ko utpann n hone dena krodh ka tyag kar dena hai. saansarik bhogo ki samagri ka nam ‘parigrah’ hai, atev un sabaka sarvatha parityag kar dena hi mukhyataya parigrah ka tyag hai parantu prakarantar se saansarik bhogoan ko bhogane ke uddeshy se kisi bhi vastu ka sangrah n karana bhi parigrah ka tyag kar dena hi hai. is prakar in sab ka tyag karake poorvokt prakar se sattvik dhriti ke dvara man-indriyoan ki kriyaoan ko rokakar samast sphuranaoan ka sarvatha abhav karake, nity-nirantar sachchidanandaghan brahm ka abhinnabhav se chintan karana[2] tatha uthate-baithate, sote-jagate evan shauch-snan, khan-pan adi avashyak kriya karate samay bhi nity-nirantar paramatma ke svaroop ka chiantan karate rahana evan usi ko sabase badhakar param kartavy samajhana dhyanayog ke parayan rahana hai. |
