vishuddh buddhi se yukt tatha halka, sattvik aur niyamit bhojan karane vala, shabdadi vishayoan ka tyag karake ekaant aur shuddh desh ka sevan karane vala, sattvik dharanashakti ke dvara aant:karan aur iandriyoan ka sanyam karake man, vani aur sharir ko vash mean kar lene vala rag-dvesh ko sarvatha nashth karake bhalibhaanti dridh vairagy ka ashray lene vala tatha ahankar, bal, ghamand, kam, krodh aur parigrah ka tyag karake nirantar dhyanayog ke parayan rahane vala mamatarahit aur shaantiyukt purush sadyidanand brahm mean abhinnabhav se sthit hone ka patr hai..51-53..
prashn- vishuddh buddhi’ kise kahate haian aur usase yukt hona kya hai?
uttar- poorvarjit pap ke sanskaroan se rahit antahkaran ko ‘vishuddh baddhi’ kahate haian aur jisaka antahkaran is prakar vishuddh ho gaya ho, vah shuddh buddhi se yukt kahalata hai.
prashn- shabd adi vishayoan ka tyag karake ekant aur shuddh desh ka sevan karana kya hai?
uttar- samast indriyoan ke jitane bhi saansarik bhog haian, un sabaka tyag karake arthath unako bhogane mean apane jivan ka amooly samay n lagakar-nirantar sadhan karane ke liye, jahaan ka vayumandal pavitr ho, jahaan bahut logoan ka ana-jana n ho, jo svabhav se hi ekant aur svachchh ho ya jha d-buharakar aur dhokar jise svachchh bana liya gaya ho- aise nadi tat, devalay, van aur paha d ki gupha adi sthanoan mean nivas karana hi shabdadi vishayoan ka tyag karake ekant aur shuddh desh ka sevan karana hai.
prashn- sattvik dharanashakti ke dvara antahkaran aur indriyoan ka sanyam karana kya hai tatha aisa karake man, vani aur sharir ko vash mean kar lena kya hai?
uttar- isi adhyay ke taitisavean shlok mean jisake lakshan batalaye gaye haian, us atal dharanashakti ke dvara shuddh agrah se antahkaran ko sansarik vishayoan ke chiantan se rahit banakar indriyoan ko saansarik bhogoan mean pravrit n hone dena hi sattvik dharana se antahkaran aur indriyoan ka sanyam karana hai aur is prakar ke sanyam jo man, indriy aur sharir ko apane adhin bana lena hai- usame ichchhacharita ka aur buddhi ke vichalit karane ki shakti ka abhav kar dena hai- yahi man, vani aur sharir ko vash mean kar lena hai.
