sanjay ka dauty karm
is vistrit vaktrita ke uttar mean yudhishthir ne sanjay se kaha, "he sanjay! mujhe yah upadesh dene se pahale tujhe chahie tha ki too dharm aur adharm ke lakshan ka varnan karata, jise sunakar ham yah nishchay kar sakate ki yah l daee dharm hai ya adharm. too janata hai ki dharm aur adharm ka nirnay karana kitana kathin hai. prayah dharm adharm pratit hota hai aur adharm dharm. isi prakar apatti ke samay mean bhalaee aur buraee mean arth-bhed p d jata hai. isalie pratyek purush ka karttavy hai ki apane varn tatha ashram ke dharm ka palan kare. too yah bhi janata hai ki apatti kal ka dharm bhinn hota hai. maian to donoan lokoan ke rajy ke lie bhi dharm tyagane par raji nahian hooan. maian samajhata hooan ki maian jo kuchh karane laga hooan vah dharm ke anukool hai. phir bhi krishn ham sabamean pavitr, vidvan aur dharmashastr mean nipun haian. krishn se vyavastha le lo ki is samay kya dharm hai. jo kuchh vah vyavastha deange vah mujhe svikary hogi."
is par krishn ne sanjay se kahana arambh kiya-
"he sanjay! too janata hai ki maian in donoan paksh valoan ka shubhachintak hooan. maian nahian chahata ki kaurav aur pandav nasht hoan. maian inaki bhalaee chahata hooan. maian poorv se hi donoan ko sandhi kar lene ka upadesh deta aya hooan. jahaan tak maian dekhata hooan yudhishthir antahkaran se sandhi chahata hai. usane abhi aisi koee karravaee nahian ki, jisase isake viruddh bhav prakat ho. parantu jab dhritarashtr aur usake putroan ke netroan par lobh ne patti baandh rakhi hai to maian nahian samajhata ki yah yuddh kaise rukega?"
"dharm aur adharm ka lakshan too bhi bhali-bhaanti janata hai, punah ashchary hai ki too yudhishthir jaise poorn kshatriy ko tana deta hai. yudhishthir apane dharm par sthir hai aur use shastranusar apane kul ki bhalaee ka chintan karana hai."
"jnan aur karm vishayak jo tumane upadesh kiya hai, vah aisa vishay hai jisake bare mean brahmanoan ki ek sammati nahian rahi hai. anekoan ki ray hai ki paralok ki siddhi karmoan se hi hoti hai. any log kahate haian ki mukti keval jnan se milati hai aur isake lie karmoan ka nash karana hi jaroori hai. brahman janate haian ki yadyapi hamako khane ke padarthoan ka jnan chahe ho, par bhookh ka nash tab tak nahian hota jab tak ham bhojan nahian kar lete. jnanakaand ki vah shakha jo karmakand mean sahayata deti hai, vah adhik phaladayak hai, kyoanki karm ka phal pratyaksh hai."
