jis purush dvara man aur indriyoansahit sharir jita hua hai, usake liye usi ka atma mitr hai aur jisake dvara man aur indriyoansahit sharir nahian jita gaya hai, usake liye vah svayan shatruta mean baratata hai.

in do shlokoan mean shrikrishn ek hi bat kahate haian ki apane dvara apane atma ka uddhar karean, use adhogati mean n pahuanchavean; kyoanki atma hi mitr hai. srishti mean n doosara koee shatru hai, n mitr. kis prakar? jisake dvara manasahit indriyaan jiti huee haian, usake liye usi ka atma mitr banakar mitrata mean baratata hai, paramakalyan karanevala hota hai aur jisake dvara manasahit indriyaan nahian jiti gayi haian, usake liye usi ka atma shatru banakar shatruta mean baratata hai, anant yoniyoan aur yatanaoan ki or le jata hai. prayah log kahate haian-‘maian to atma hooan’. gita mean likha hai, “n ise shastr kat sakata hai, n agni jala sakati hai, n vayu sukha sakata hai. yah nity hai, amritasvaroop hai, n badalanevala hai, shashvat hai aur hav atma mujhamean hai hi.” ve gita ki in panktiyoan par dhyan nahian dete ki atma adhogati mean bhi jata hai. atma ka udvar bhi hota hai, jisake liye ‘karyamh karm’-karane yogy prakriya-vishesh karake hi upalabdhi batayi gayi hai. ab anukool atma ke lakshan dekhean-
