athma evan paramathma ke sakshathkar ka upay tatha mahattv manu kahate haian- brihashpate! jaise shvaphnavashtha mean yah shthool sharir to soya rahata hai aur sookshhm sharir vicharan karata rahata haian, usi prakar is sharir ko chho dane par yah jnanashvaroop jivathma ya to indriyoan ke sahit pun: sharir grahan kar leta haian ya sushupti ki bhaanti mukht ho jata hai. jis prakar manushhy shvachhchh aur sthir jal mean netroan dvara apana pratibimhb dekhata hai, vaise hi manasahit indriyoan ke shuddh evan sthir ho jane par vah jnanadrishti se jneyashvaroop athma ka sakshathkar kar sakata hai. vahi manushhy hilate hue jal mean jaise apana roop nahian dekh pata, usi prakar manasahit indriyoan ke chanchal hone par vah buddhi mean jneyashvaroop athma ka darshan nahian kar sakata. avivek se buddhi bhrasht ho jati hai aur us bhrasht buddhi se man rag adi doshoan mean phans jata hai. is prakar man ke dooshit hone se usake adhin rahane vali paanchoan jnanendriyaan bhi dooshit ho jati hai. jisako ajnan se hi tripti ho rahi hai, vah manushhy vishayoan ke agadh jal mean sada dooba rahakar bhi kabhi tript nahian hota. vah jivathma prarabhdhadhin hua vishay-bhogoan ki ichhchha ke karan baranbar is sansar mean ata aur janhm grahan karata hai. pap ke karan hi sansar mean purush ki trishhna ka anht nahian hota. jab papoan ki samapti ho jati hai, tabhi usaki trishhna nivritt ho jati hai. vishayoan ke sansarg se, sada unhhian mean rache-pache rahane se tatha man ke dvara sadhan ke viparit bhogoan ki ichhchha rakhane se purush ko parabrahma paramathma ki prapti nahian hoti hai. pap-karmoan ka kshay hone se hi manushhyoan ke anht:karan mean jnan ka uday hota hai. jaise shvachhchh darpan mean hi manav apane pratibimhb ko achhchhi tarah dekh pata hai. vishayoan ki or indriyoan ke phaile rahane se hi manushhy dukhi hota hai aur unhhian ko sayam rakhane se sukhi ho jata hai; isaliye indriyoan ke vishayoan se buddhi ke dvara apane man ko rokana chahiye. indriyoan se man shreshth hai, man se buddhi shreshth haian, buddhi se jnan shreshthatar hai aur jnan se parathpar paramathma shreshth hai. avhyakht paramathma se jnan prasarit hua hai. jnan se buddhi aur buddhi se man prakat hua hai. vah man hi shrotr adi indriyoan se yukht hokar shabhd adi vishayoan ka bhali-bhaanti anubhav karata hai. jo purush shabhd adi vishayoan ko, unake ashrayabhoot samhpoorn vhyakht tathvoan ko, shthoolabhootoan aur prakrit gun samudayoan ko thyag deta hai arthat unase samhbanhdh vichhchhed kar leta hai, vah unhhean thyagakar amritashvaroop paramathma ko prapt ho jata hai. jaise soory udit hokar apani kiranoan ko sab or phaila deta hai aur asht hote samay un samasht kiranoan ko apane bhitar hi samet leta hai, usi prakar jivathma deh mean pravisht hokar phaili huee indriyoan ki vrittiroopi kiranoan dvara paanchoan vishayoan ko grahan karata hai aur sharir ko chho date samay un sabako sametakar apane sath lekar chal deta hai. jisane pravritti pradhanapunhy-papamay karm ka ashray liya hai, vah jivathma karmoan dvara karm-marg par baanrabar laya jakar arthat sansar-chakr mean bhramaya jakar sukh-du:kh karm-phal ko prapt hota hai. |
