sanjay ka yudhishthir ko yuddh mean dosh ki samh‍bhavana batalakar unh‍hean yuddh se uparat karane ka prayath‍n karana

sanjay bola- panh‍dunandan! apaki pratyek cheshh‍ta sada dharm ke anusar hi hoti hai. kuntikumar! apaki vah dharmayukt cheshh‍ta lok mean to vikhh‍yat hai hi, dekhane mean bhi a rahi hai. yadyapi yah jivan anity hai tathapi isase mahan suyash ki prapti ho sakati hai. panh‍dav! ap jivan ki us anityata par drishtipat karean aur apani kirti ko nashh‍t n hone dean. ajatashatro! yadi kaurav yuddh kiye bina apako rajy ka bhag n dean, to bhi andhak aur vrishnivanshi kshatriyoan ke rajy mean bhikh maangakar jivan-nirvah kar lena maian apake liye shreshh‍th samajhata hooan; parantu yuddh karake rajy lena achchha nahian samajhata. manushh‍y ka jo yah jivan hai, vah bahut thode़ samay tak rahane vala hai. isako kshin karane vale mahan dosh ise prapt hote rahate haian. yah sada du:khamay aur chanchal hai. at: panh‍dunandan! ap yuddharoopi pap n kijiye. vah apake suyash-ke anuroop nahian hai. narendr! jo dharmacharan mean vighh‍n dalane ki mool karan haian, ve kamanaean pratyek manushh‍y ko apani or khianchati haian. at: buddhiman manushh‍y pahale un kamanaoan ko nashh‍t karata hai, tadanantar jagat mean nirmal prashansa ka bhagi hota hai. kuntinandan! is sansar mean dhan ki trishh‍na hi bandhan mean dalane vali hai. jo dhan ki trishh‍na mean phansata hai, usaka dharm bhi nashh‍t ho jata hai. jo dharm ka varan karata hai, vahi jnani hai.

bhogoan ki ichchha karane vala manushh‍y to dhan mean asakt hone ke karan dharm se bhrashh‍t ho jata hai. tat! dharm, arth aur kam tinoan mean dharm ko pradhan manakar tadanusar chalane vala purush mahapratapi hokar soory ki bhaanti chamak uthata hai; parantu jo dharm se hin hai aur jisaki buddhi pap mean hi lagi huee hai, vah manushh‍y is sari prithh‍vi ko pakar bhi kashh‍t hi bhogata rahata hai. apane paralok par vishh‍vas karake vedoan ka adhh‍yayan, br‍hmachary ka palan evan yajnoan ka anushh‍than kiya hai tatha brahmanoan ko dan diya hai aur anant varshoan tak vahaan ke sukh bhogane ke liye apane-apako bhi samarpit kar diya hai. jo manushh‍y bhog tatha priy (putradi) ka nirantar sevan karate hue yogabhh‍yasopayogi karm ka sevan nahian karata, vah dhan ka kshay ho jane par sukh se vanchit ho kam veg se atyant vikshubdh hokar sada du:kh shayyapar shayan karata rahata hai.

jo brahmachary palan mean pravritt n ho dharm ka tyag karake adharm ka acharan karata hai tatha jo moodh paralok par vishh‍vas nahian rakhata hai, vah mandabhagy manav sharir tyagane ke pashh‍chat paralok mean b da kashh‍t pata hai. punh‍y athava pap kinhian bhi karmoan ka paralok mean nath nahian hota hai. pahale karta ke punh‍y aur pap paralok mean jate haian, phir unhian ke pichhe-pichhe karta jata hai. lok mean apake karm is roop mean vikhh‍yat haian ki apane uttam dakshinayukt vriddhishraddh adi ke avasaroan par brahmanoan ko nyayoparjit prachur dhan evan shraddhasahit uttam gandhayu‍kt, susvadu evan pavitr ann ka dan kiya hai.
