vyas-maitrey-sanvad - vidvan evan sadachari brahman ko annadan ki prashansa

bhishm ji kahate haian- rajan! vyas ji ke aisa kahane par karmapoojak maitrey ne jo atyant shrisampann kul mean utpann hue bahushrut vidvan the, unhean is prakar uttar diya.

maitrey bole- mahaprajn! ap jaisa kahate haian thik vaisi hi bat hai, isamean sanshay nahian hai. prabho! yadi ap ajna dean to maian kuchh kahooan.

vyas ji ne kaha- mahaprajn maitrey! tum jo-jo, jitani-jitani aur jaisi-jaisi batean kahana chaho, kaho. maian tumhari batean sunooanga.

maitrey bole- mune! apane dan ke sambandh mean jo batean batayi haian, ve dosharahit aur nirmal haian. isamean sandeh nahian ki apane vidya or tapasya se apane ant:karan ko param pavitr bana liya hai. ap shuddhachitt haian, isaliye apake samagam se mujhe yah mahan labh pahuancha hai. yah bat maian samriddhishali tap vale maharshi ke saman buddhi se baranbar vichar kar pratyaksh dekhata hooan. apake darshan se hi ham logoan ka mahan abhyuday ho sakata hai. yah apane jo darshan diya, yah apaki bahut b di kripa hai. maian aisa hi manata hooan. yah karm bhi apaki kripa se hi svabhavatah ban gaya hai.

brahmanatv ke tin karan mane gaye haian- 'tapasya', 'shastrajnan' aur 'vishuddh brahman kul mean janm'. jo in tinoan gunoan se sampann hai, vahi sachcha brahman hai. aise brahman ke tript hone par devata aur pitar bhi tript ho jate haian. vidvanoan ke liye brahman se badhakar doosara koee many nahian hai. yadi brahman n ho to yah sara jagat ajnanandhakar se achchhann ho jaye. kisi ko kuchh soojh n p de tatha charoan varnoan ki sthiti, dharm-adharm aur satyasaty kuchh bhi n rah jaye. jaise manushy achchhi tarah jotakar taiyar kiye hue khet mean bij dalane par usaka phal pata hai, usi prakar vidvan brahman ko dan dekar data nishchay hi usake phal ka bhagi hota hai.

yadi vidya aur sadachar se sampann brahman jo dan lene ka pradhan adhikari hai, dhan n pa sake to dhaniyoan ka dhan vyarth ho jaye. moorkh manushy yadi kisi ka ann khata hai to vah us ann ko nasht karata hai (arthath karta ko usaka kuchh phal nahian milata). isi prakar vah ann bhi us moorkh ko nasht kar dalata hai. jo supatr hone ke karan ann aur data ki raksha karata hai, usaki bhi vahi ann raksha karata hai. jo moorkh dan ke phal ka hanan karata hai, vah svayan bhi mara jata hai. prabhav aur shakti se sampann vidvan brahman yadi ann bhojan karata hai to vah punah ann ka utpadan karata hai, kiantu vah svayan ann se utpann hota hai, isaliye yah vyatikram sookshm (durvijney) hai arthat yadyapi vrishti se ann ki aur ann se praja ki utpatti hoti hai; kiantu yah praja (vidvan brahman) se ann ki utpatti ka vishay durvijney hai.
