atma buddhi aur buddhi ke samast akalanoan ko aur jo kuchh unase pare haian, unhean bhi janata hai. manushy atmanishth aur dhyananirat hokar buddhi aur buddhisambandhi samast vishayoan se oopar uth jata hai. jo sarvada atmasvarup mean hi sthit hai vahi jivanmukt hai. jo purush sansar mean rahakar bhi hans ki bhaanti sansar ke dharmoan se nirlipt rahata hai, vah samast bhayoan ke par pahuanch jata hai. du:kh, shok adi trigun mean hi haian. atma du:kh ke aur trigun ke pare hai. dharm, arth aur kam- ye tinoan purusharth vastav mean purusharth nahian haian, sachcha purusharth to moksh hi hai. jo inaki asakti chho d deta hai vahi moksh mean pratishthit hota hai. atmadarshan ke liye indriyoan ko vishayoan se hatana hi hoga. isake liye aur doosara koee upay nahian hai. atmajnan se badhakar doosara koee jnan nahian hai. jisane apane atma ko jan liya vah kritarth ho gaya. jnani manushy kabhi kisi se bhayabhit nahian hote. mukti ek hai, sabaki mukti ek-si hai. jo sagun haian unake gunoan ki tulana ki ja sakati hai. jo nirgun haian unake gunoan ki tulana kisi prakar nahian ki ja sakati. karm keval sharirik hai. man ke sanyog se vah pap ya puny ban jata hai. upasana keval manasik hai, chahe j d ki upasana kijiye, chahe chetan ki. j d ki upasana baandhegi, chetan ki upasana mukt karegi. jnan bauddhik hai, chahe j d ka jnan prapt karake bhatakiye, chahe atma ka jnan prapt karake sada ke liye shant ho jaiye. karm ki upasana antarik hai, upasana ki apeksha jnan antarik hai aur in tinoan ki apeksha in tinoan se pare rahana achchha hai.

svarup sthiti ke liye dhyan ki b di avashyakata hai. usi karm ki prashansa hai, jisake karane se dhyan mean badha n p de. man ki vahi sthiti vaanchhaniy hai jisamean rag-dvesh ke karan man kisi ki or dau data aur kisi se bhagata n ho. dhyan ke liye sthan aisa hona chahiye, jahaan stri adi ka sansarg tatha dhyanavirodh vastuean n hoan. sharir itana halka ho ki usako sthir rakhane ke liye khoon ko dau dana n p de. apane satkarm se aur sharir ko svabhavik sugandh se us sthan ke devata itane prasann hoan ki dhyan mean kisi prakar ka vighn n dalean. sachche hriday se, artabhav se dhyan ke liye paramatma se aisi prarthana kar li jaye ki 'prabho! meri vrittiyoan ko apane mean laga lo.
