is niahshabdata mean, jo parthiv sangharshoan ke bad atma ka vishram hai, antardrishti utpann hoti hai aur manushy vah ban jata hai, jo ki vah vastutah hai.hamari chetana jab sharir ke sath ju d jati hai, tab vah indriyoan dvara bahy sansar ke niyantran ke kary ko poora karane ke lie bahirmukhi ho jati hai; apani bahirmukhi kriyaoan mean yah indriy-grahm vastuoan ka jnan prapt karane ke lie dharanaoan ka upayog karati hai; antarmukhi hone par yah sadharanataya atm ka anuman-siddh jnan un karyoan dvara prapt karati hai, jo is arth mean turant jan lie jate haian ki jani gee vastuean svayan jnan ke sivay kisi any madhyam dvara nahian jani jati. is sabase hamean yah pata chalata hai ki atm apane mool svaroop mean kya hai. ham yah to jan jate haian ki atm kis tattv ka bana hai, parantu svayan atm ko nahian jan pate. atm ka astitvatmak anubhav prapt karane ke lie hamean vastuoan ki us bahy aur antarik vividhata se mukt hona hoga, jo atm ke sar ke pratyaksh ya antahsphuranatmak darshan mean badhak hai aur use rokati hai.
sadharanataya bahy aur antarik pratibhasik jagath hi rangamanch ko ghere rahata hai aur atm apane sar ke roop mean pahachana nahian jata. ham apane-ap ko manovaijnanik roop se jitana aspasht karate jate hai arthath antarnirikshan ya manan dvara apane-ap ko aspasht karate jate haian, utana hi adhik ham atm ki pratibhasik abhivyaktiyoan ke sampark mean ate jate haian. yadi hamean apane andar vidyaman sarvochch atm ko dekhana ho, to hamean ek bhinn prakar ki sadhana apanani chahie. hamean drishyaman vastuoan ko ek or hata dena chahie; hamean apani prakriti ke roojhan ke viruddh chalana chahie; apane-ap ko nagn-roop mean dekhana chahie, pratiyaman ahankar se bachana chahie aur vishuddh kartatmakata, param atm ke gambhir gart tak pahuanchana chahie.
bhagavadgita mean hamean bataya gaya hai ki kis prakar sadhak upabhog aur sanyam ki sharirik atiyoan se door rahata hai; vah kisi aise sthan par jata hai, jahaan bahar ki vastuoan ke karan dhyan n bante. vah koee suvidhajanak asan lagakar baithata hai; apane shvas ko niyamit karata hai; apane man ko kisi ek bindu par ekagr karata hai aur is prakar samash‍varatayukt (yukt) ban jata hai aur karm ke phal ki sab ichchhaoan se anasakt ho jata hai. jab vah is ekata ko prapt kar leta hai, tab vah apane sab sathi-praniyoan ke sath ek poorn sahridayata anubhav karane lagata hai. isalie nahian ki aisa karana usaka karttavy hai, apitu isalie ki use un sabake prati sahanubhooti aur prem ka anubhav hone lagata hai. hamare sammukh gautam buddh ka udaharan hai, jo sabase mahanh jnani ya rrishi tha aur jisake manavata ke prati prem ne use chalis varsh tak manav-jati ki seva mean lagae rakha. saty ko janane ka arth hai—apane hriday ko bhagavanh tak oopar uthana aur usaki stuti karana. jnani hi bhakt bhi hota hai aur bhaktoan mean sarvashreshth hota hai.[1]
