daiviy aur asuriy man ka svabhav daiviy svabhav vale log

   
15.adhadyoabhijanavanasmi koanyoasti sadrishomaya.
yakshye dasyami modishy ityajnanavimohitaah॥

’maian dhanavad hooan aur ooanche kul mean utpann hua hooan; mere saman aur kaun hai? maian yajn karooanga; maian dan dooanga; maian anand manaooanga; ve ajnan ke karan moodh bane hue is prakar ki batean karate haian.

16.anekachittavibhranta mohajalasamavritaah.
prasaktaah kamabhogeshu patanti narakeashuchai॥

anek vicharoan ke karan bhrant, moodhata ke jal mean phanse hue aur ichchhaoan ki tripti ke adi bane ve apavitr narak mean girate haian.

17.atmasanbhavitaah stabdha dhanamanamadanvitaah.
yajante namayajnaiste dambhenavidhipoorvakamh॥

mithya garv me bhoole, hathi, abhiman aur dhan ke ahankar se bhare ve un yajnoan ko, jo keval nam ke yajn hote haian, pakhand ke sath aur niyamoan ka dhyan rakhe bina karate haian.

18.ahankar balan darp kaman krodhan ch sanshritaah.
mamatmaparadeheshuan pradvishantoabhyasooyakaah॥

ahankar, bal aur abhiman aur kam aur krodh ke vash mean hokar ye dveshi log unake apane tatha any logoan ke shariroan mean nivas karane vale mujhase ghrina karate haian. ’’paramatma unake bure jivan ke sathi ke roop me nivas karata hai.’’ - shankarachary.

19.tanahan dvishatah krooransansareshu naradhamanh.
kshipamyajastramashubhanasurishvev yonishu॥

in kroor, dvesh karane valoan ko, jo ki manushyoan mean sabase niche haian, aur bure karm karane vale haian, maian janm aur maran ke is chakkar mean sada asuriy yoniyoan mean hi bhejata rahata hooan.

20.asurian yonimapanna moodha janmani janmani.
mamaprapyaiv kauntey tato yantyadhamaan gatimh॥

narak ka tihara dvar

21.trividhan narakasyedan dvaran nashanamatmanah.
kamah krodhastatha lobhastasmadetattrayan tyajeth॥

atma ke vinash ki or le jane vale is narak ka dvar tihara hai, jo kam, krodh aur lobh se bana hai. isalie manushy ko in tinoan ko tyag dena chahie.

22.etairvimuktah kauntey tamodvaraistribhirnarah.
acharatyatmanah shreyastato yati paraan gatimh॥

he kunti ke putr (arjun), jo andhakar ki or le jane vale in tin dvaroan se chhoot jata hai, vah un karmaan ko karata hai, jo usaki atma ke lie kalyanakari haian aur tab vah sarvochch sthiti (param gati) tak pahuanch jata hai.
