1.evan satatayukta ye bhaktastvaan paryupasate.
ye chapyaksharamavyaktan teshaan ke yogavittamaah॥

arjun ne kahaah is prakar sada nishthapoorvak jo bhakt teri pooja karate haian aur doosari or jo log anashvar aur avyakt ki upasana karate haian, in donoan mean se yog ka jnan kisako adhik hai?kuchh log aise haian, jo ek aur avyaktik aur sansar se asambandhit brahm ke sath ekakar hone ki sadhana karate haian aur any kuchh log aise haian, jo munashyoan aur prakriti ke jagath mean vyakt vyaktik paramatma ke sath ek hone ki sadhana karate haian. inamean se yog ka jnan kisako adhik hai? kya hamean sab vyakt roopoan ki or se muanh mo d lena hoga aur aparivartanashil avyakt ko pane ke lie yatn karana hoga, ya hamean vyakt roop ki bhakti karani hogi aur usaki seva ke roop mean karm karana hoga? kya hamean param ki ya vyaktik paramatma ki, brahm ki ya eeshvar ki upasana karani hai?

2.mayyaveshy mano ye maan nityayukta upasate.
shraddhaya parayopetaste mean yuktatama mataah॥

shri bhagavanh ne kahaah jo log apane man ko mujhamean sthir karake, sada nishthapoorvak aur param shraddha ke sath meri pooja karate haian, maian unahean yog mean sabase adhik poorn samajhata hooan.guru pakka nishchayak uttar deta hai ki jo log paramatma ki usake vyakt roop mean pooja karate haian, unhean yog ka adhik achchha jnan hai.

vatragamachintyan ch kootasthamachalan dhruvamh॥

kintu jo log anashvar, anirvachaniy, avyakt, sab jagah vidyaman, achintaniy, aparivartanashil (kootasth), gatirahit (achal) aur nirantar ek-sa rahane vale (dhruv) ki upasana karate haian;

4.sanniyamyendriyagraman sarvatr samabuddhayah.
te prapnuvanti mamev sarvabhootahite rataah॥

ve sab indriyoan ko vash mean karake, sab dashaoan mean samanachit rahate hue, sab praniyoan ke kalyan mean anand anubhav karate hue (any logoan ki bhaanti hi) mujhako hi prapt hote haian.sanniyamy: sanyam mean rahate hue. yahaan hamase indriyoan ko vash mean rakhane ko kaha gaya hai, unaka poornataya varjan karane ko nahian.sarvabhootahite rataah: sab praniyoan ke kalyan mean annad anubhav karate hue. jo log vishvatma ke sath apani ekata ko anubhav kar lete haian, ve bhi jab tak sharir dharan kie rahate haian, sansar ke kalyan ke lie kary karate rahate haian. dakhie 5, 25, jisamean yah kaha gaya hai ki mukt atmaean sab praniyoan ke kalyan mean anand anubhav karati haian.yahaan manavata ki seva ko yog ka ek avashyak aang bataya gaya hai. mahabharat mean yah prarthana ki gee haiah ’’mujhe kaun vah pavitr marg bataega, jisase hokar maian sab duahkhi hridayoan mean pravesh pa sakoo aur unake kasht ko is samay aur sada ke lie apane oopar le sakooan?’’ tukaram se bhi tulana kijieah ’’vah manushy sachcha hai jo duahkhiyoan ko chhati se lagata hai; is prakar ke manushyoan mean svayan bhagavanh apane mahimashali roop mean nivas karata hai; aise manushy ka hriday labalab bhara rahata hai karuna, vinamrata aur prem se; vah sab parityaktoan ko apana leta hai.’’[2]

5.kleshoadhikarasteshamavyaktasaktachetasamh.
avyakta hi gatirduahkhan dehavaddhiravapyate॥

jinake vichar avyakt ki or lage hue haian, unaki kathinaee kahian adhik hai, kyoanki avyakt ka lakshy dehadhari praniyoan dvara prapt kiya jana bahut kathin hai.leakatit parameshvar ki khoj sajiv eeshvar ki, jo sab vastuoan aur vyaktiyoan ki atma hai, pooja ki apeksha adhik kathin hai. ’avadhootagita’ mean dattatrey kahata hai: ’’maian use kis prakar pranam karooan, jo aroop hai, abhinn hai, jo anandamay hai aur anashvar hai, jisane pratyek vastu ko svayan apane dvara apane mean hi vyapt kiya hua hai.’’[3] aparivartanashil ko man dvara saralata se grahan nahian kiya ja sakata aur yah marg apekshakrit adhik durgam hai. usi lakshy tak ham vyaktik eeshvar ki bhakti ke marg dvara apani sari shaktiyoan ko -jnan, sankalp aur anubhooti ko- paramatma ki or mu dakar adhik saral aur svabhavik dhang se pahuanch sakate haian. tulana kijie: ’’yadi rahasyavadi yogi dhyan lagakar nirgun aur nishkriy jyoti ke darshan karate haian, ve darshan karate rahean. meri to keval yahi lalasa hai ki meri prasann aankhoan ke sammukh vah shyam hi prakat rahe, jo yamuna ke retile tat par dau data hai.’’[4]
