24.sakanlpaprabhavankamaanstyaktva sarvanasheshatah .
manasaivendriyagraman viniyamy samantatah ॥

nirapavad roop se (svarthapoorn) sankalp se utpann huee sab ichchhaoan ka parityag karake aur sab indriyoan ko sab or se man dvara vash mean karate hue;

25.shanaiah shanairuparamedbuddhaya dhritigrihitaya.
atmasansthan manah kritva n kianchadapi chintayeth॥

vah sthirata dvara niyantrit buddhi se aur man ko atma mean sthir karake dhire-dhire prashantata ko prapt kare aur vah (any) kisi vastu ka bhi vichar n kare.

26.yato yato nishcharati manashchachchalamasthiramh .
tatastato niyamyaitadatmanyeb vashan nayeth॥

chanchal aur asthir man jis-jis or bhi bhagane lage, vah use kaboo mean kare aur phir keval atma ke vash mean vapas le ae.

27.prashantamanasan hyenan yoginan sukhamuttatamh.
upaiti shantarajasan brahmabhootamakalmashamh॥

sarvottam sukh us yogi ko prapt hota hai, jisaka man shant hai, jisake avesh (rajogun) shant ho ge haian, jo nishpap hai aur paramatma ke sath ek ho gaya hai.brahmabhootamh: paramatma ke sath ekakar. ham jo kuchh dekhate haian, shrangikitanyay se vahi ban jate haian. jaise aanjanahari bhaure se darakar bhauanre ke vishay mean itani tivrata se sochane lagati hai ki vah svayan hi bhauanra ban jati hai, usi prakar upasak apani upasana ke uddeshy (upasy) ke sath ekakar ho jata hai.brahmatvan praptamh. shridhar. [1] pragati sharir, pran aur man ko shuddh karane ka hi nam hai. jab yah bahari dhaancha poorn ho jata hai, tab jyoti nirbadh roop se damakane lagati hai.

28.yujjannevan sadatmanan yogi vigatakalmashah.
sukhen brahmasansparshamatyantan sukhamashnute॥

is prakar vah yogi, jisane sab papoan ko door kar diya hai, atma ko sada yog mean lagata hua saralata se brahm ke sansparsh se hone vale param sukh ka anubhav karata hai. brahmasansparshamh: brahm ke sath sampark. isake bad paramatma keval ek kianvadanti, ek aspasht-si mahattvakaanksha, shesh nahian rahata, apitu ek suspasht vastavikata ban jata hai, jisake ham vastavik sampark mean a jate haian. dharm tark ka vishay nahian, apitu ek anubhavasiddh saty hai. yahaan buddhi ki guanjaish hai aur vah is tathy ki tarkasangat vyakhya prastut kar sakati hai. parantu yadi tark tathy ki dridh nianv par adharit ho, to vah asangat ban jata hai. isase atirikt dharmik anubhav ke ye tathy desh aur kal ki drishti se sarvabhaum haian. ve sansar ke vibhinn bhagoan mean aur itihas ke vibhinn kaloan mean pae jate haian aur is prakar manaviy atma ki sagrah ekata aur mahattvakaanksha ko pramanit karate haian. hindoo aur bauddh muniyoan ke, sukarat aur pleto ke, phailo aur plautinas ke aur eesaee tatha muslim rahasyavadiyoan ke prabodhan ek hi parivar ke aang haian. halaanki dharm vijnaniyoan ne unake karan batane ke jo prayatn kie haian, unamean jatiyoan aur kaloan ki svabhavagat visheshataean prativimbit hoti haian. age vale shlok mean guru adarsh yogi ke lakshanoan ka varnan karata hai. usaka chitt usake vash mean hota hai; vah ichchhaoan ko tyag chuka hota hai aur vah keval atma ke chintan mean laga rahata hai aur duahkh ke sparsh se alag rahata hai aur vah parabrahm ke sath ek ho jata hai.
