pleto ka maino is prashn se shuroo hota haiah ’’sukarat, kya tum mujhe yah bata sakate ho ki kya dharm sikhaya jata hai?’’ isake uttar mean sukarat kahata hai ki dharm sikhaya nahian jata, apatiu use ’anusmaran kiya jata hai. anusmaran karana vyakti ke apane atm ko ek jagah kendrit karana aur apani atma mean vapas laut ana hai. ’anusmaran’ ke siddhant se yah dhvanit hota hai ki pratyek vyakti ko khoj apane andar karani chahie. vah apana kendr svayan hai aur saty svayan usake andar vidyaman hai. avashyakata is bat ki hai ki usamean us saty ko pane ka sankalp aur dhairy ho. guru ka kam shiksha dena nahian, apitu shishy ko apane-ap ko vash mean karane mean sahayata dena hai. sachcha uttar svayan prashnakarta ke andar hi vidyaman hota hai; keval usase vah uttar dilavaya jana hota hai. pratyek vyakti saty ko janata hota hai aur vah vastu-roopatmak jagath ke sath apane-ap ko ek samajhane ke karan ham apani vastavik prakriti se bahar nikal jate haian ya usake prati vijatiy ban jate haian. bahy jagath mean khoe rahane ke karan ham gambhirataoan se door rahate haian. vastu-roopatmak, sharirik aur manasik jagath se oopar uthakar ham svatantrata ke jagath mean pahuanch jate haian.
nirashi: ichchhaoan se rahit. dainik avashyakataoan ke sambandh mean chinta, dhan kamane aur usake vyay karane ki chinta hamare dhyan ko vichalit karati hai aur hamean atmik jivan se door le jati hai. isalie hamase kaha gaya hai ki ham ichchhaoan se aur unake karan utpann hone vali chintaoan se, lobh aur bhay se door rahean. sadhak ko chahie ki vah apane-ap ko man manasik be diyoan se mukt kar le aur chitr ke sab vikshepoan aur sanskaroan se apane-ap ko prithakh kar le. use sab manasik ruchiyoan, sashakt uddeshyoan aur parivar tatha mitroan ke prati prem se apana sara lagav chho d dena chahie. use kisi vastu ki pratyasha n karani chahie aur n kisi vastu ke lie agrah hi karana chahie.
aparigrah: vastuoan ka sangrah karane ki ichchha se mukt. yah ichchharahitata ek adhyatmik dasha hai, bhautik dasha nahian. hamean vastuoan par adhikar karane ki lalasa ko vash mean karana chahie aur apane-ap ko sambandhit padarthoan ke moh se mukt karana chahie. yadi koee manushy ashant ho aur atmakendrit ho, yadi vah ahankar, atmasankalp ya vastuoan par adhikar ki bhavana se shasit ho, to vah paramatma ki avaj ko nahian sun sakata. gita batati hai ki sachcha to vah paramatma ki avaj ko nahian sun sakata. gita batati hai ki sachcha anand antarik anand hai. yah hamara dhyan hamare jivan ki us paddhati ki or, manaviy chetana ki us dasha ki or akarshit karati hai, jo jivan ke bahy yantrajat par nirbhar nahian hai. sharir mar sakata hai aur sansar nasht ho sakata hai, parantu atmik jivan chirasthayi hai. hamara khajana sansar ki nashvar vastuean nahian haian, apitu us paramatma ka jnan aur usake prati prem hai, jo anashvar hai. hamean atma ki anandadayak svatanntrata prapt karane ke lie vastuoan ki dasata se bahar nikalana hoga.[1]
