jisane apane man ko jit liya hai aur man ki shanti prapt kar li hai usaka roopantarit atma sardi aur garmi, sukh aur duahkh, man aur apaman mean samatv bhav se rahata hai.

karmayog ki sadhana ke bad-arthath svarth-kamana se rahit hokar aur saphalata athava asaphalata ke udvign hue bina apane niyat kartavy karane ki sadhana ke bad-mumukshu ko jitani adhik bar sanbhav ho, gahare aur nirvighn dhyan ke liye sansar ka tyag karana chahiye. is prakar ka dhyan man ki samata prapt karane mean bahut sahayak hota hai. nimnalikhit shlokoan mean is prakar ke dhyan ka abhyas yog mana gaya haiah

man ka sanyaman karake, kamanaoan aur sangrah ka vichar chho dakar, bahudha ekant sthan mean ekaki rahakar yogi ko apana man apane atma par ekagr karana chahiye.

pavitr sthan mean apane lie banaye hue nishchit asan par-jo n bahut ooancha aur n bahut nicha ho- kush, mrigacharm aur vastr bichhakar vah baithe.
