iandr ke darp-bhang ki katha, nahush ki shachi par kudrishti, shachi ka dharm ki batean batakar nahush ko samajhana aur usake n manane par brihaspati ji ki sharan mean jakar unaka stavan karana soot ji kahate haian- tadanantar narad ji ke poochhane par shrinarayan ne sankshep se kuchh logoan ke darp-bhang ki ghatanaean sunayian. phir indr ke darp-bhriang ka vrittant batate hue bole. shri narayan ne kaha- narad! is prakar sabake darp-bhang ka prasang kaha gaya. ab iandr ke darp bhanjan ki ghatana vistarapoorvak suno. ek samay iandr apane brahmanishth guru brihaspati ko ate dekhakar bhi sabha mean darpavash apane shreshth ratnamay sianhasan se nahian uthe. ise guru ne apana apaman samajha aur ve atyant rusht ho vahaan se laut gaye. yadyapi unake man mean iandr ke prati dveshabhav ka uday hua tha, tathapi dharmatma guru ne snehavash kripa karake unhean shap nahian diya; parantu shap n milane par bhi iandr ka ghamand choor ho gaya. yadi doosara koee dharm athava prem ka vichar karake kisi ke bhari aparadh karane par bhi shap n de to bhi usaka vah aparadh avashy phal deta hai. narad! dharmadev hi us papi ka nash kar dete haian. jo dharmatma purush jis hiansak ya aparadhi ko krodhapoorvak shap de deta hai, usake us shap se aparadhi ka avashy vinash hota hai; parantu us dharmatma purush ka dharm bhi usi matra mean kshin ho jata hai. indr ne jo guru ka apaman roop adharm kiya tha, usake karan ve brahmahatya ke bhagi hue. brahmahatya se dare hue iandr apana rajy chho dakar ek pavitr sarovar ko chale gaye aur us sarovar ke kamal-nal mean nivas karane lage. bharat varsh mean bhagavan vishnu ka vah sarovar punyamay tirth aur tapasvijanoan ke tap ka shreshth sthan hai. vahaan brahmahatya nahian ja sakati. usi ko puranavetta purush 'pushkar[1]' tirth kahate haian. iandr ko rajyabhrasht hua dekh dharmatma haribhakt naresh nahush ne unake rajy par balapoorvak adhikar kar liya. ek din manohar aangavali suandari shachi, jinake koee santan nahian thi, pativiyog ke karan vyathit hriday se akashaganga ke tat par ja rahi thian. us samay nootan yauvan se sanpann tatha ratnamay alankaroan se vibhooshit un suandar daantavali, param komalaangi mahasati shachi par nahush ki drishti p di. unhean dekhate hi nahush ke man mean dooshit vritti jag uthi. usane shachi ke samaksh vinayapoorvak apani kutsit vasana ki poorti ke lie prastav rakha. is par shachi ne kaha- beta! meri bat suno. maharaj! tum praja ke bhay ka bhanjan karane vale ho. raja samast praja ka palak pita hota hai aur vah sabaki bhay se raksha karata hai. in dinoan maheandr rajyalakshmi se bhrasht ho gaye haian aur tum svarg mean raja ke pad par pratishthit hue ho. jo raja hota hai, vah nishchay hi prajajanoan ka palak pita hai. gurupatni, rajalakshmi, devapatni, putrabadhoo, mata ki bahin (mausi), pita ki bahin (booa), shishy patni, bhrityapatni, mami, pita ki patni (mata aur vimata), bhaee ki patni, sas, bahin, beti, garbh mean dharan karane vali (janmadatri) tatha ishtadevi- ye purush ki solah mataean haian[2]. |
