sthir buddhi ki yah shakti jisake antahkaran mean nahian hoti, usi par sattv, raj aur tam-in tinoan gunoan ke sahayog se vishayoan ka jal phailata hai. he parth! aise logoan ki buddhi kabhi sthir nahian rahati aur n hi kabhi unake antahkaran mean sthir buddhi ki parikalpana hi udit hoti hai. he arjun! sthirata ki parikalpana bhi yadi man mean udit n ho to phir bhala shanti kaise prapt ho sakati hai? jaise papi manushy ke pas moksh kabhi phatakata hi nahian, vaise hi jahaan shanti ka udgam nahian hota, vahaan sukh kabhi bhoolakar bhi nahian jata. he arjun! dekho, jab ag par bhoone hue bijoan mean se aankur nikal sakate hoan tabhi yah samajho ki ashant manushy ko bhi sukh prapt ho sakata hai, shaanti prapt ho sakati hai. tatpary yah ki man ki asthirata hi duahkhoan ka mool karan hai. isaliye indriyoan ko apane adhin rakhana hi sabase uttam hai.[1]
