yahi karan hai ki ve kshar aur akshar- in donoan purushoan ko nimn shreni ka manakar aur in donoan se oopar rahane vale is purush ko paramatm roop kahate haian. he arjun! yah bat tum achchhi tarah se jan lo ki paramatma shabd se purushottam ka hi bodh karaya jata hai. vastutah jo aisi chij hai, jisamean n bolana hi bolane ke sadrish hota hai, kuchh n janana hi jisamean jnan hota hai aur kuchh n hona hi jisamean hona hota hai, ‘soahamh’ bhav ka bhi jahaan ast ho jata hai, jisamean kathan karane vala kathit ke sang aur jnata jney ke sang milakar ek roop ho jata hai, jisamean drashta aur drishy - in donoan ka vilay ho jata hai, vahi vah uttam purush hai.

bimb aur pratibimb ke madhy mean sthit prabha yadi hamari aankhoan se ojhal ho jay to bhi ham yah nahian kah sakate ki vah prabha hai hi nahian athava samapt ho gayi hai, yadi ghranendriy tatha pushp mean vidyaman sugandh hamean drishtigat n ho to bhi hamean yah nahian kahana chahiye ki vah sugandh ekadam hai hi nahian. thik isi prakar yah kathan bhi pramanik nahian hai ki drashta aur drishy ka lop ho jane par phir kuchh bhi avashisht nahian rah jata; aur isiliye aisi sthiti mean jo kuchh anubhav mean ata hai, usi ko us uttam purush ka svaroop janana chahiye. jo prakashit hone ke yogy nahian hai, balki prakash hai, jo niyamit nahian kiya ja sakata, balki niyanta hai, jo svatah hi avakash banakar phir bhi usi avakash ko vyapt karata hai, jo nad ka bhi nad, svad ka bhi svad tatha anand ka bhi anand hota hai, jo samast purushoan mean uttam, poornata ki bhi poornata aur vishranti ki bhi vishranti hai, jo sukh ka bhi sukh, tej ka bhi tej tatha shoony ka bhi shoony hai, jo vikas ko bhi poorn karake avashisht rahata hai, jo gras ka bhi grasan kar leta hai, jo bahut-se bhi bahut adhik hai tatha jo bina apana svaroop tyage aur bina vishv mean mile hi thik vaise hi vishvabhas ka adhar hota hai, jaise sipi rajat n hone par bhi ajnani janoan ko rajat ka pratyay kara deti hai, svarn bina apana svarnapan chhipaye hi alankaroan ka roop dharan karata hai athava jo is bhasaman hone vale jagath ka thik vaise hi adhar bana hai, jaise jal aur usamean utpann hone vali tarangean ek hoti haian tatha unamean koee bhed nahian hota, vah vahi uttam purush hai. jaise svayan chandrama ka bimb hi jal mean p dane vale apane pratibimb ke sankoch tatha vikas ka pramukh karan hota hai, vaise hi yah bhi vishv ke roop mean kuchh-kuchh prakat hota hai. parantu haan, jis samay vishv ka lop ho jata hai, us samay svayan isaka lop nahian hota. jaise din aur rat ke karan soory mean kabhi kahian dvaidhibhav utpann nahian hota, jisaka kisi jagah par any kisi ke sath vyay nahian ho sakata, jisake sath tulana karane ke liye svayan usake alava any koee nahian hai.[1]
