atmasanyam yog
yah sunakar bhagavanh shrikrishn ne kaha-“he parth! tumhari sari batean saty haian. is man ka svabhav sachamuch chapal hi hai. parantu phir bhi yadi vairagy ka sahara lekar ise yogabhyas ke marg par niyukt kiya jay to kuchh hi kal mean yah bhi sthir ho jayaga. kyoanki is man ki ek achchhi adat yah hai ki ise jis chij ka ras mil jata hai, phir usi ka ise chaska lag jata hai. isiliye ise kutoohal se atmasukh ka chaska lagana chahiye.[1]
yah bat maian manata hooan ki samanyatah jo virakt nahian hote aur jo kabhi abhyas ki cheshta nahian karate, ve is man ko apane adhin nahian kar sakate. par yadi ham kabhi yam-niyam ke raste par chale hi n hoan, kabhi hamane vairagy ka smaran bhi n kiya ho aur ham keval vishayaroopi jal mean nirantar dubaki hi lagate rahean tatha is man ka kabhi nigrah n karean to phir bhala yah man kyoan aur kaise sthir hone laga? isiliye tum sarvapratham aise upayoan ka shriganesh karo, jinake dvara manonigrah ho sakata ho aur phir dekho ki yah man kaise tumhare adhin nahian hota. yadi tum yah batalane ki cheshta karo ki man kabhi vashibhoot ho hi nahian sakata, to kya yog ke jitane sadhan batalaye gaye haian, ve sab jhoothe hi haian? parantu ve sare sadhan to jhoothe haian nahian; isaliye tum jyada-se-jyada yahi kah sakate ho ki mujhase abhyas nahian hota. yadi vyakti mean yog ki shakti a jay to phir usake samaksh man ki chapalata kya hai? kya us shakti se samast mahattattv ityadi manushy ke vashibhoot nahian ho jate”? is par arjun ne kaha-“thik hai, he dev! apake sare kathan thik haian. sachamuch yog shakti ke samaksh man ki samarthy ekadam nahian tik sakati. parantu itane dinoan tak mujhe yah maloom nahian tha ki is yog ka kis prakar sadhan karana chahiye; isiliye maian ab tak man ke vashibhoot hooan. he purushottam! is poore jivan mean keval apaki kripa se mujhe is yog ka parichay hua hai.[2] |
