samhbhav nahian hai ki ve hi, shvarth ke liye kisi se bhi jagat ko dhubane ke liye kahean. oopar ke shhlok mean ‘arthe’ shabhd ka arth sirph shvarthapradhan nahian hai, kinhtu sankat ane par usake nivaranarth aisa karana chahiye; aur koshakaroan ne bhi yahi arth kiya hai. apamatalabipan aur athmaraksha mean bada bhari anhtar hai. kamopabhog ki ichhchha athava lobh se apana shvarth sadhane ke liye duniya ka nukasan karana apamatalabipan hai. yah amanushi aur ninhda hai. ukht shhlok ke pratham tin charanoan mean kaha hai ki ek ke hit ki apeksha anekoan ke hit par sadaiv dhhyan dena chahiye. tathapi pranimatr mean ek hi athma rahane ke karan, prathyek manushhy ko is jagat mean sukh se rahane ka ek hi sa naisargik adhikar hai; aur is sarvaman mahathv ke naisargik shvathv ki or durlakshhy kar jagat ke kisi bhi ek vhyakti ki ya samaj ki hani karane ka adhikar, doosare kisi vhyakti ya samaj ko niti ki drishti se kadapi prapht nahian ho sakata-phir chahe vah samaj bal aur sankhhya mean kitan hi badha-chadha kar khyoan n ho, athava usake pas chhina-jhapati karane ke sadhan doosaroan se adhik khyoan n hoan. yadi koee is yukti ka avalamhb kare ki ek ki apeksha, athava thodoan ki apeksha bahutoan ka hit adhik yoghyata ka hai, aur is yukti se, sankhhya mean adhik badhe़ hue samaj ke shvarthi bartav ka samarthan kare to yah yukti-vad keval rakshasi samajha javega. is prakar doosare log yadi anhyay se bartane lagean to bahuteroan ke to khya, sari prithhvi ke hit ki apeksha bhi athmaraksha arthat apane bachav ka naitik hak aur bhi adhik sabal ho jata hai; yahi ukht chauthe charan ka bhavarth hai aur pahale tin charanoan mean jis arth ka varnan hai, usi ke liye mahathv ke apavad ke nate se ise unake sath hi batala diya hai. isake siva yah bhi dekhana chahiye ki yadi ham shvayan jivit raheange to bhi lok-kalhyan kar sakeange. atev lokahit ki drishti se vichar karean to bhi vishhvamitr ke saman yahi kahana p data hai ki ‘jivanh dharmamavaphnuyath’- jiyeange to dharm kareange athava kalidas ke anusar yahi kahana p data hai ki ‘shariramadyan khalu dharmasadhanamh’ [1] sharir hi sab dharmoan ka mool sadhan hai; ya manu ke kathananusar kahana p data hai ki ‘athmanan satatan raksheth’- shvayan apani raksha sada sarvada karani chahiye. yadyapi athmaraksha ka hak sare jagat ke hit ki apeksha is prakar shreshhth hai, tathapi doosare prakaran mean kah aye hai ki kuchh avasaroan par kul ke liye, desh ke liye, dharm ke liye athava paropakar ke liye shvayan apani hi ichhchha se sadhu log apani jan par khel jate haian. |
